There was no melt down over the phone…How can you state my careless driving? You don’t even know me or my driving record. It seems you are drama and must want drama. Your derogatory comments ( disrespectful attitude) if you don’t know what that means, is very unprofessional towards a customer that is unsatisfied . My work is residential and commercial, I do not know why you think you can bring this up to begin with . I just called you as soon as I saw your response. You have a bad attitude. It was 7 days the first time I called to report your unprofessional installment. I should not have to crawl under my truck daily to check your work. So, I saw it when I did. No telling how long it had been hanging down. I called, you didn’t answer and I left a vm which you never responded to . It appears you don’t have the money to repay for your sloppy work. You can take these airbags and try to resale them for your self that is what you told me you would do for a refund which is wrong . You need to repay me and do whatever you want with your airbags .. I booked two weeks out in advance so I could get everything done on my truck . Aloha kept the truck all day and only completed two out of the five things that I needed done which all were minor makeup for the truck. They said they were waiting on parts. Still three weeks later and we are still waiting. In the mean time I let Aloha put a set of air bags on my truck. Which he was the cheapest out of three estimates so I went with him . A week later after picking the truck up I go outside for work and the wires from the pump to the airbags are hanging down with out any conduit. It was not ran on the inside of the frame just were ever they could zip tie it. The wiring was also on the outside of the fender well. I called wanting my money back and I would return his airbag system the owner stated he couldn’t give me my money but he could take the airbags and try to resell them . I don’t like leaving anyone with a bad review but this one definitely deserves to been seen. If he would refund me my money and I would return his airbag system, the issue would be resolved and this negative review would...

I will never attempt to use their services again. I was visiting from out of state and originally used Aloha for decorative window tint. Unfortunately the edges on the tint were peeling up before i reached my home state, and Aloha was so nice to offer to re do it. hen I moved to Gatesville I returned and was told that nothing will stick to my windows, I took the defeat and asked they let me know what I can do to get what I want done. Never heard back. I returned inquiring about an alarm system for my Bronco. Never heard back. And the last straw was today, I called regarding chip repair for my windshield and they don't perform that service. I hate to say it, but I had high hopes in doing quite a bit of work with this shop and have been let down, I guess I will have to find a shop...
