Good old fashion BBQ. The business is also known as "The come back BBQ" & originally started out years ago as a place for locals, friends & family to hang out for some good BBQ at another property site of the owner in Gatesville before moving to this more centralized location on the corner.

The BBQ is downhome, tasty and priced right. Try his loaded potatoes, large portion sizes and many picnic tables to sit at and enjoy the food and locals that do like to hang out there most of the time he is open. He has a drive up option listed. And take away is also an option.

I really wish I could give this place a better rating! 2 stars for the food, 3 stars for the service. The meat seemed very old—like it was at least the 3rd day it had been reheated to serve. Chopped brisket BBQ sandwich and a three meat plate—all of it was dried out and subpar. On the three meat plate there was one rib. ONE. The beans and potato salad were pretty good but holy cow, the meats left us queasy and regretting we had eaten there. Unfortunately I cannot say we’ll ever be back.
