AT&T Store — Local services in Gatesville

I would like share my experience at store #2403. I had purchased a Samsung watch from a retail store in Brownsville, TX and the agent who setup my watch failed to set it up completely. When I returned home and realized that my watch was not set up properly I went to another AT&T location in Killeen, TX and unfortunately was not helped. I was turned to ProTech for assistance. I spent numerous hours on the phone and multiple phone calls and was told multiple times that I either would have to return to Brownsville, TX which was not an option or call up the store which was not answering. At my last resort I went into store #2403 and met such a wonderful young lady by the name of Meggan Bullis. She had no clue how to help but would not give up until she found a solution. It seemed as though my watch was never assigned a SIM card so she was able to handle that problem. I was satisfied that my watch worked and left on that day because she had other customers waiting. Sadly, I had to return to the store one more time because the number sync was not setting up correctly and again ProTech could not help me. So I called up store #2403 and checked to see if Meggan was working and she was and she was able to help me once again. At first she was baffled as to why it would only sync with the main line and not my line. But again, Meggan would not give up until we got it worked out. She was able to not only figure out how to get my watch working with my phone but also save me a trip to Brownsville, TX which is 6 hrs from my home and was also just a wonderful person to talk to!! I want to tell Meggan Bullis thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for helping me out when the techs on the phone could not and for just being such a wonderful person all around! The AT&T store in Gatesville Has once again gone above and beyond what is considered good customer service. Over the last few years I’ve always been happy when I have walked out of the store with whatever purchase I’ve made but the last few times I have been in for either a phone upgrade or hotspot or Christmas gift I have had the same sales associate help me and by the time I left I felt like she was family! She makes me want to invite her to Christmas dinner with the family. Meggan Bullis, who is now the store manager, is amazing! I watched her help several customers while she was taking care of me but on hold with her business people and never once failed to smile and be cheerful the whole time she was back and forth. She also helped her employees and answered their questions. It was impressive. But what made me decide to write the review was after i went into the store to get a new phone case, I mentioned to her that we would Be moving into town and out of the land of no cell phone signal and no unlimited WiFi. And she asked if I would like her to do an analysis of our plan to make sure we were getting the best deal and also to help me decide what we will do once we move. I never imagine we had these options and certainly never thought we would be saving so much per month. Had she not offered I would have most likely continued doing things the way we’ve always done them and been unhappy with my big bill. Now I know what we can do and what we can change to make it more customized to our life and how we use our wireless service! Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient—she took the time to understand my needs and walked me through all the best options without any pressure.
