Horrible customer service!!! from Averi and another lady tonight I think her name was Ash who ever trained them needs to retrain them or fire them as they were very rude to me and my partner we asked for a small vanilla shake and the lady on the intercom asked one time if we needed anything else and then immediately put our order in without giving a chance to answer her, so we pressed the button again to add to or edit our order since we hadn’t paid yet, and they told us we couldn’t edit the order but we could be refunded even though we had not paid yet, she claimed she asked multiple times if we needed anything else however that was not the case as we were only asked one time and hung up on. Then one lady came out with just a “replacement coke” when we ordered a shake and a coke, so we then had to wait for our shake after that coke came out, and while waiting for the shake, one lady brings out a second coke so we refuse and ask for the shake that we had ordered as we were handed the first coke they brought out, she went back in with the second coke to then get the shake and came back with it finally, however they didn’t give us a straw for the coke only the shake so we politely asked to get a straw and we wound up with 4 straws total because of their attitude clouding their customer service, they both were red in the face and snappy with us over the mishap as if it was our fault, so they then take our card for payment finally after all of this, we weren’t charged for the coke only the shake and thankfully my shake was half off per sonics summer time shake deals, but oh my goodness this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant and I know it’s hot and late but for 2 ladies to have the same behavior back to back over their ignorance is completely disgusting behavior! I hope the manager sees this and speaks to the ladies as well as review the camera footage of them inside and out and take any action you feel is needed here, once again that experience was trash and they are a representation of your company and the other locations around, please do better and teach your employees what service with a smile is and that they don’t have to get an attitude with the customers when they messed up an order and were put on the spot.

Read moreNew post. Zero stars need to be an option. This place can't get anything right. It seems to get worse every time I try to come here. I ordered in the app. Checked in when I got there. Then waited for 25 minutes for 5 blasts. Finally I checked on it. They said the ice cream machine was broken and it with be another 15 minutes. When I asked for a refund the guy was rude. Then I waited another 10 minutes and had to ask again for a receipt for my refund. This has to be the worse Sonic in America. I will never go to this Sonic again.

20+ minutes after I ordered our food I tried to contact them with the red button 4 times and they ignored it. I had to go inside and get a my money back. Their food has also been going downhill lately.

But they don't have a dollar menus or two dollar menu or anything like that like some other fast food restaurants. Sorry Sonic and sonic lovers. I will say when we go their food is very good! I love the burgers and chili cheese tots. My husband likes to go there sometimes...so if he wants to go we will go. This day tho he ordered some kind of slushy and I ordered a diet coke. His slushy was too "syrupy" if that's a word lol. We had to wait an extremely long time just for the two drinks.
