Do not even try to order Nacho Fries at this location unless you want 1/4 or 1/2 of your order. Yes they are only $1 but I don't care how much the price is if I am not getting the full order. This is just ridiculous. I have been 4 times and this has happened to me so my family and I choose to not order that item at this location since they obviously can't get a full order of fries in the box. I noticed the staff is usually not very friendly or attentive, always concerned with co-worker shenanigans and having fun in the back instead of making sure they get the orders right and the sauce in the bag. I mean if you ask me if I want sauce and I SAY YES, MILD AND FIRE, and then get my bag and drive off to see that you didn't even put HOT SAUCE in the bag, I am going to be upset. I now have to drive back around to get what I originally asked for. I have never been asked if I wanted sauce (who doesn't really!) and then not gotten it. Then when we drove around to get it, she didn't apologize at all instead acted like she couldn't believe we came back to get the sauce. WHO EATS Taco Bell OR ANY TYPE OF MEX FOOD WITHOUT HOT SAUCE???    Read moreJune 6th 2023 me and my family came in to grab a bite and to my surprise this lady cashier who's name is Tammy was extraordinary her customer service sent chills down my spine as she paid very close attention to every detail of our order she was very fast in getting our order taken care of and made sure she called our name as I sat in the dining room I watched her cleaning up the store as she did so she made sure that we Where good my son turn around accidentally dropped his plate and she was right there already taken care of the mess and went above and beyond to make sure she had another plate ready because of this lady I will forever be coming back to your location I've been to alot of fast food restaurants in Central texas in the past 5 years this lady was the best employee I've ever seen she is most definitely a model employee and someone all fast food restaurants should pay attention to if I was the owner of this store I would definitely make her the store manager and definitely make sure she trained all my employees how to create a down home southern hospitality type of customer service so amazing keep up the great work keep grinding and...
   Read moreI ordered over 20 dollars worth of food and was missing one order and a five dollar box that came with no box and most of it was out of the burrito. It was frustrating to have to go back up there and the mgr remade the order. I trusted it was made right, got home and it was still wrong. I gave up and ate what i was given. Highly disappointed in this experience and i refuse to go back. The communication between the people taking the order and making the order needs to drastically change before i ever consider going back. Also they need to work on theyre packaging skills. When you care it shows so when you dont care it really shows. Definitely double check your orders because we spend money to get what we want.
