Puzzled — Local services in Gatlinburg

Manager lady was inside sitting on the counter. All she did was loudly complain about her other employees not wanting management or being lazy. Ironically while sitting on the counter doing nothing. Product here was okay. But I’m not going to support a business with a manager like that. There’s a time and place to discuss your employees. On the floor, loudly trash talking them. Isn’t it. I can see why no one wants to work for you and if they do, do a poor job. I wouldn’t care to work for you or how you feel about me either. Think about how you’d feel lady, if every time you weren’t at work. That’s how people talked about you. Can’t wait to tell everyone I know about this lady. I’m still laughing about the irony from this lady sitting on the counter boasting about how lazy other people are. Whoever the older guy there was right there with her too. If they both have time to sit there and complain. Then there’s time for one of them to be home. No reason paying 2 people not to work and to complain about the other employees right?

Not only do they have an unreal number and type of puzzles, these people are amazing. When I visited there, I bought several puzzles and saw one the day before at their other store. I purchased my puzzles and one from the other store that they said they would ship to me. The next day when I went home, they contacted me. That puzzle I wanted had sold. They offered to refund my money. I didn’t want my money back, but I was willing to wait for them to get that puzzle back in. They communicated with me over the next several weeks about them contacting their sales rep, the order was placed, they were invoiced, waiting on shipment, etc. Long story short, great communication and they shipped that puzzle to me as soon as they received it

VERY JONEST people as well. When I paid for that puzzle, I only got a register receipt, no proof that I didn’t have it nor proof that they were to ship to me. My husband and I stopped by while we were at Ober Gaitlinburg for our honeymoon. We couldn't believe our luck! We are both into puzzles (although we are not great at them and we stay around the 500-750 piece ones!). We were so overwhelmed by the selection and knew we would probably never see so many unique puzzles in one place again that we each picked out 2 and bought one together. We can't wait to put them all together! They truly have a puzzle for every interest and skill level!...
