Poorly maintained facility. Furniture hasn't been updated since the early 90s. Pool tables, foosball tables, and other equipment are broken. At least the pool and bathrooms were clean. The water slide is small and clearly unintended for commercial use. A small child (appx 5 years old), who was using it as intended, literally flew off of the side of it from about 3 feet above the concrete decking. Thankfully, she landed on her hip and didn't break any bones or hit her head. She did cut her ankle and get badly bruised. Her mom remained calm, something I probably wouldn't have done. Not only did the workers who were present not go over and check on the child, they saw what happened and were smirking - almost laughing - at the poor child. I was horrified! Needless to say, we left and didn't return...

We booked a house that had access to the pool. Upon first arriving there, we asked if the pool was for sure he did like it stated. The staff member stated yes it was. When getting in the pool, all four of us that had arrived, stated how cold the water was. Even down to the 1 foot waiting pool felt like it was 60° water. Very dissatisfied the pool was very dingy. There was so many people that was up close and in your space. Little kids spitting water at other people and splash them. They used the same uncleaned pen for everyone to sign in with. I promise you not once did I ever see be cleaned off. No mask walking in the place required or posted anywhere. I'll never go back.
