Save your money! Go somewhere else. I took them my Samsung note 5 to get fixed. They broke my screen. I had to beg them to fix my screen (that magic wireless broke) . Every day they would tell me my phone will be fixed by the end of the day; but, when I go to pick it up, it's not fixed, leaving me phone less! This was going on for about a week. I will never ever, ever, ever, ever go back to these guys on hacks cross. The customer service is terrible. I would much rather pay more somewhere else. Oh and when my boyfriend went to pick up my phone, they charged him an extra $60 because I was mad them for taking forever to fix my phone. So basically I had to pay an extra $60 to get a phone fixed that...

This place is a total scam. My partner, who is a male, took his phone in to have it wiped and reset from ATT to Verizon. They quoted him $35 and never took /touched his phone. I, a woman of color, went in right after him with the same phone and THE SAME REQUEST. They not only took the phone to the back for over an hour, but they came back my contacts and messages were completely wiped as if they wiped my sim card or something. They quoted me $143. When I told them I have a guy who will do it for $35 they told me that was impossible to to go to that guy instead. Boo and hiss. Don't shop with them they're a RIP off I bought 2 phones from them they sold me one and I didn't know it required a chip and if you reset the phone it won't work. I have been taking the phone back for about a month and I get the run around every time. I called the news and made a police report about it. I'm waiting on my police report to come back so I can go to the news with it. They is selling people these phone and know you can't do anything with them.
