I would like to express that I have been a customer of Kristy Kreme for years but never at this location and how disappointed i am with the staff and the condition of the store. I work for food delivery services and I had been waiting for an order near this location. I needed to use the restroom, I am in my car hours on end. They have the side lobby door locked. I rushed to the front door and to the back where the restroom is located. I heard some loud yelling but couldn’t make out what was being said, I assumed it was the employees talking to one another. I finished using the restroom and walk out where there are 2 men standing waiting on their order I entered this store and 2 of the staff members scold me in front of other customers. “That restroom is for staff only” I said “excuse me” they said “yea, that’s not a public restroom” I was mortified by the two men, staring at me as the staff scolded me in front of them as if I had done something wrong. The staff at this location are loud and obnoxious & very unprofessional. Those are in fact, public restrooms. Had my need not been an emergency, I would have never settled for using this restaurant for any thing. The floors are sticky. There is black sticky mess on the floor and up the sides of the wall. The register/counter is sticky. The window glass for the drive-through and in the lobby is covered in sticky mess and handprints. The restroom smelled As if there were raw sewage in the drain of the floor. The soap dispenser does not work. A very disgusting environment with a very disgusting staff. Worked info delivery for four years now and I have never had a store location talk to me and treat me the way that these persons did for using a public restroom. My wife and kids went to the Krispy Kreme drive thru on Hacks Cross in the Memphis area between 6:30pm and 7:00pm on January 20th. Management should check the schedule, find who was working the drive-thru during this time, and fire her. She should not be working in customer service.
My wife asked for hot doughnuts. She was curtly told that the hot doughnut sign wasn't on. My wife asked if that meant there were no hot doughnuts. She was told no. After several seconds, the "gracious" employee offered that they were warm. My wife ordered one dozen doughnuts and was told to pull forward. Terrible attitude.
Once she reached the window, she was told (after the young woman stared at her for several seconds, presumably waiting for my wife to pay without knowing the price) that her order was $21. She assumed one dozen doughnuts were that price and paid.
She was handed two dozen doughnuts (without the woman speaking to her) My wife said she only ordered one dozen. The young woman slid one of the dozen doughnuts toward her (without speaking). My wife asked if she had been charged for two dozen. The young woman slid the second dozen back toward my wife (again, without speaking). My wife accepted the doughnuts and the woman closed the window with no "thank you" or "goodbye".
Krispy Kreme either needs to hire better or pay better. The product is too expensive to be greeted with such a horrible attitude. We will never go to the Hacks Cross...

When i went to the speaker, I asked, “Do you all have a microwave” She replied with an attitude and MUCH sas in her voice saying, “ No we DO NOT” I then preceded to place my order. Going to the window, she was fumbling around the register with the window open not even acknowledging me. The least she could of said was she would be right with me. What really was really upsetting was that after I gave her my cash, she SLAMMED the window so hard that the window bounced back open!! When she gave me my doughnuts they were hot, which i appreciated, however, biting into them they lacked much flavor & was really dry. Not sure if it was purposely done, or that was just a bad batch. I go to this place EVERYDAY before work. So it’s very disappointing that I will have to find else where. I work in an upscale restaurant, & i value customer service.
