The prices seemed a little high for an outlet store. However, I was happy to find a 10% off coupon online that could be applied to online or in store purchases. Unfortunately, I really could not get any assistance from the young woman working. No greeting, no smile, and no assistance in helping me find an item other than pointing in a general direction. I was one of only 2 customers at this time, so it was not busy. When I was ready to check out, the young woman told me she could not accept the coupon because it did not have a code. I showed her that it was valid for in store and online purchases. She replied that she could not accept it because she didn’t know how to process it without a specific code. Typically when an issue like this arises, the employee will do their best to assist by looking at the coupon further, asking for assistance, or order the item online from the store to apply the discount. Instead, I experienced awkward silence. At first I thought she was going to look into it further, but she was just moving along to fold more clothes. I just ended up hanging the clothes back up and ordering online. Lucky for me, not only did I save money, but shipping was free and items arrived before Christmas.
