I walked into this location to do some shopping and there were around 8 employees standing around talking to each other and not one of them greeted me saying anything like "welcome in" or anything. It almost felt like they were not really wanting customers. Also, I made an in-person store order to be shipped, and they didn't get my email right so I ended up not receiving any confirmation of the order. I called today to express the fact that I hadn't received anything via email at all on the order I placed, and the GM fixed my email in their system and also told me he would give me their best coupon if I ever decide to return to this store. I'm not sure I will be back again after my last experience, but at least their GM cares about the customers. Read moreI purchased 2 jogging suits for my grandkids for Christmas , one fit fine the other was big . I sent my 20 yr old to exchange for smaller size with the receipt. They would not do an even exchange because they claim when I purchased it, it was on sale and he would have to pay the difference because it was no longer on sale . They totally took advantage of him , had my 70 year old self went I would have gotten it exchanged with no problem . Even though he had his receipt they gave him a gift card . Totally took full advantage of him , and I am on vacation and could not go to fix this ridiculous situation. I am outraged at how he was treated .
