Well it was 3,Saturdays before Christmas. The store was looking great - I was greeted by a well dressed lady (assuming her to be upper management ) as I entered the door. Busy with shoppers all about - she ask how she could help me. I was returning one of the two ladies belts I had bought online 11-30-3024. They were an any size belt that could be disassembled at the buckle & cut to size. The belts looked great -. Leather - however when I successfully cut the first belt I saw the belt itself was not leather but synthetic- only the outer part of the belt was leather like a strip of very thin leather over Chinese Synthetic Crap. I pride myself in avoiding buying clothing in particular from China. So the second 50$ belt was being returned. Went to return my purse today and was truly disappointed in coach and the manager. I bought my purse 2 weeks ago but had second thoughts because i had to replace my first bag 4 months later due to the straps falling apart. Went in today WITH receipt and because I didn't have the original debit card used (was replaced due to fraud on my account) the manager would NOT refund my money. The bank told her that this card replaced the other and that they do not store CCV numbers...not only do their bags fall apart easy but their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! My husband purchased a purse for me for my birthday last year. I absolutely LOVE it. It’s actually one of my favorite purses. However, the handle/straps part of it started to peel. I took it back to show them and see if it could be repaired and they said yes but because it was 2 days after the year guarantee I would have to pay for it. The cost would be over $100. I talked to them about it only being two days over the year but they wouldn’t budge. Now I have a purse I love that I won’t use anymore because the straps keep peeling and it looks bad.
