Update: Drew came out to my property today to complete fireplace maintenance and if I could give this company more than 5 stars I would for outstanding end to end service. Drew did a beautiful and thorough job and was professional, courteous, timely. This company will be my go to in the future. Thanks for a great service and experience!

Haven't had a service performed just yet but I wanted to give a shout out to Gilbert Fireplace & BBQ as soon as i hung up the phone with them for their amazing customer service. I spoke with Mike and he was friendly, accommodating, and kind. People and companies like this are hard to find and are the companies that I will go out of my way to do business with. People here give great advice! Even though I didn't get my smoker from them they provide excellent support and haven't steered me wrong. I love that they don't make me feel guilty for getting my smoker from somewhere else (Wife got the smoker for free as a 20th anniversary gift from her work)

Their amazing customer service keeps me coming back to get woods and cooking advice. Just this last weekend their advice led to an amazing smoked brisket that disappeared at a super bowl party. My first try with one of the hardest to cook meats and it came out perfect with their help!

Great shop with knowledgeable and professional staff! My husband and I got our Big Green Egg from Gilbert Fireplaces and BBQ’s and it was one of the best purchases and experiences! Hannah and Ryan showed us all the tips and tricks in using the Green Egg as well as what type of charcoal we should use! The shop has high quality products you won’t be disappointed with! We always go back to Gilbert Fireplaces and BBQ’s to pick up charcoal, seasonings etc, and to say hi to the amazing employees that make you feel like family!
