Obviously its Chipotle, and I really enjoy their burritos... 3/3 times I have ordered food from them through different delivery services(Uber Eats/Door Dash/Postmates) within the past month, they have neglected putting ingredients on my burritos even after I called in prior to the order being placed. I order multiple burritos for a few meals just to enjoy ahead of time during lunch over work. Over the past month, I am unsatisfied with the money I paid. Something as little as putting cheese on after a phone call ahead of time can ruin a customer... I have always been a big fan of Chipotle, but I'd rather order through someone else who cared about my order.
Currently, I am on hold for 45 minutes to talk to a Service Rep. Attention to detail is not a factor, nor a willing to consider a customer for their best intentions. After waiting out the "hold", I was not able to get noticed with a voicemail, or a receive a return of a call to value my service.
As someone who enjoys Chipotle, I would say I am embarrassed to eat what they provide, aside from their "quality" food. They lack in customer service, and much more so on their ability to acknowledge their deficiencies.
A good food company has the willingness to acknowledge their customers, and having to wait multiple times during an extended phone call for a failed product to be either received by promises of next time or an ignored call of 45+ min is embarrassing. It is unfortunate that I value the food before acknowledging their company, but their burritos taste too good.
Time after time I keep giving them chances based on their food, and I'd say I'm wrong to keep buying here.

Read moreSimply the worst chipotle I have been too. We got in line around 7 and they were out of chicken for 5 minutes. No problem. We waited and it was nice and hot. Gentlemen putting together the orders was great but unfortunately that was the end of the good news. Stood at the register waiting to be rang up for the meals. 3 workers in the back were on their phones laughing and goofing off while we just stood there. Finally the gentlemen that helped us out yelled at them for the second time and he slowly walked up and rang us up.
Got over to the soda machine/ condiment area. A complete disaster. 2 sodas were out of order and no ice in the machine as well. This was about 3 hours to close still and they had none of the specialty lemonades/limeades available. Zero napkins were stocked, everything else was very low. The trash was overflowing, about 75% of the tables were dirty. Seems like customer service isn’t even on their radar, as well as cleanliness. It’s evident that they don’t care one bit about your experience, or their job as a whole. 3/6 employees were actually doing their job, as the owner you could basically be saving half the labor for the same amount of work. Read moreOverall chipotle food is my regular I would say. I buy it from Tempe, base line and cooper rd, gilbert& Germaine but specifically this location 1084 S Gilbert Rd, AZ 85296 is worst. I was letting it go for few weeks now but today I was very disappointing with the meal I got cuz it was not worth price the way they served me. over all the other locations they serve better when you ask for a bowl but every time I go to this location they serve very little quantity and not that friendly. As a loyal and regular customer I wish there is another franchise closer to gilbert and warner. Or the servers should be trained to server the customers well and courteously after all we come there to have good meal and enjoy. Not to pay a higher $$ amount and go hungry.
The other franchise when I walk in they already know my meal and they will only ask me if there is a change in what I will order. As a loyal customer I think chipotle is a great healthy meal but the servers kill the quality with there attitude and lack of desire to work.
