My visit had 2 goals. Firstly, I wanted to ask about hair and scalp products, because I have tried what feels like every product under the sun and nothing has helped my issues. Secondly, I wanted to get a special Halloween Mask and Lip Scrub for a Fall Themed Gal's Spa Night the next evening.

Emily was so sweet and had so much knowledge and previous experience with hair and hair care. She must have listened to me talk for a good 15-20 minutes, truly listening to my concerns and recommending products. So far, 3 of 4 seem to be winners.

Unfortunately, they were out of stock of the Halloween Mask. She was kind enough to even call another local store, however they were out of stock as well. She was super patient helping me choose an alternative mask.

Upon hearing of the spa night, she went above and beyond and provided me with various little samples jars of products to bring a bit more magic to spa night.

Lush Cosmetics is one of my favorite spots to visit when I'm in San Tan Village. Every single one of the ladies at this location, in particular know there stuff down to the T, and they are very welcoming and encourage you to try the products before you buy. They recently had an event after hours and it was sooo much fun. Their products are the best on the market and cleared my dry, itchy, red face instantly. I stay at this store so they know me, but from a customer's perspective and from a former retail associate and sales associate, I salute them. Go in and try the new Barbie Collection, too. I'm doing the Lush Party for my bday this year, so if you are looking for clean, smell, great, vegan,organic products, go here. Oh and the smell goods as I call them in particular The Hair dressers husband perfume that they have for $200 is going to be my new scent thanks to Aeryn who has now introduced me to the scents. Make sure your receipt matches the listed price!!! We frequent this store about once a month. Today we had an experience that has lost our desire to return. I wanted to buy 7 gift sets for teacher gifts. I grabbed three gift sets with a $40 price tag. When I asked for 4 more, the rep brought them from the back with $47 price tag. When I questioned it. She said the ones from the shelf were mislabeled and I needed to pay the higher price for all of 7. I was appalled that they wouldn't offer the labled price, especially since we were about to spend $300+. I put all the other items we usually buy on the counter and told them I didn't feel comfortable with their business practice to not honor the listed price. Another rep came up and stsrted ripping off the lower price tags and replacing them. I felt like the store was trying to overcharge me and not being honest. Beware.
