Dollar General — Local services in Gilead Township

Managers extremely rude!Thinking about calling cooperate!called about a refund to ask how long it generally takes to go back to my card since I don’t feel the refund was even done correctly and she was rude over the phone!My husband went in yesterday to get 5 off 25 mind you I’m the couponer not him he just knows you save 5 over Saturday and she says uhm you have to have a receipt from last week or have a coupon clipped which I think was extrude considering every other dollar store including the STAFF at this store will generally keep a receipt at the register to scan for ya and she I guess just doesn’t care to help people I’m not sure but as previously having management experience your supposed to help solve problems if a customers unsatisfactory so highly considering just not even going...

I love the convenience of the Dollar General. Grocery items are typically cheaper at Kroger (at least the store brand if not the national brand) but the Dollar General is closer and more convenient if I just need to run in for a thing or two. The manager at the Mount Gilead dollar general (store number 03201) was so rude. He made me feel so little that I will never shop there again. Sadly it’s the closest one to me but I will go somewhere else because the way he talked to me was so unacceptable, no manager should ever talk to a customer the way he does.
