PizzaBurg — Restaurant in Gilead Township

We had 2 pizzas and some kind of dessert pizza delivered to our home by accident. My fiance was on her way home from work and often orders food before she is home if she knows I'm at the house.

I assumed she ordered the pizzas. The original delivery drivers were very kind. We spoke about the chickens I had outside and her family raising turkeys.There was nothing to sign so I had no suspicion that there was anything incorrect.

When my fiance arrived home 15 minutes later, I asked her if she ordered pizza. She did not. By this time I knew any reputable company would not pick up the pizzas and deliver them to a different address (my address was entered by whomever ordered). I figured it was a situation that had ended. I was wrong....

An employee came to my house at least 30-45 minutes after what had transpired. I literally still have/had the food on my counter, as I knew it wasn't mine and figured someone would come apologize for the mistake.

Instead this man was very rude, calling me "classy" in a disrespectful way. It was simply a misunderstanding and if approached professionally I would have been happy to help solve the problem which I did not cause in any way.

To end my review I will say I had my fiance call in and apologize for the mistake, even though it was not our fault. We offered to pay for the meal to replace what had been delivered to my house. The management was very kind and understanding. I wish this dilemma had not occured, but the management did make me feel better after that employee had accused me of "stealing food from my poor neighbor".

I appreciate the management understanding that nothing that transpired was our fault. They didn't even take us up on the offer to pay for the people's meal that entered the incorrect address. I give them 5 stars for being professional, even though one of their employees was far...

I will never eat here again this place is disgusting. A girl with long hair down to her waist in a ponytail was putting the pizza in the oven and flipping her hair around like it was nothing. I addressed the issue with the owner I wanna say and all she did was make the girl put her hair in a half a** bun. Went to eat my pizza and I be damned if I didn't find a few hairs in it. I took it back told them I wanted a refund and she asked me if I would like them to put another pizza in. When I told her no she acted like it was a problem to refund me my money. Like i said before I will NEVER eat here again. And the way they have the pizzas premade and stack them on top of each other like they do is very unhealthy. Who knows the "fresh pizza" could be frozen pizza. And not once did I see any of them with gloves on. This place...

Well, I decided to try pizzaburg, wish I could reverse my decision. Called in to order and the lady was rude, delivery was over an hour, cheese bread was 5 pc mozzarella sticks and gross, Italian sub was very thin and dry had to put dressing on myself, no lettuce and literally one super thin slice of tomato on the entire sub, so dry, ,,,ordered cinnamon bread, it turned out to be a very DRY sub bun with cinnamon powder on it and a little bit of icing, it’s so dry the kids won’t eat it, I can’t believe this is on the menu and sold like this, the pizza was so thin and cold, it was absolutely not the pizza on the photos I looked at before ordering, they must have changed it. I’m so disappointed in this “dinner “ I just spent $60 on. Guess I learned my lesson, won’t make that...
