While I don't need the tech advice (I'm a tech myself), I did need some parts.

Excellent service: I wasn't the best customer as I kept asking for different things separately

Quality work: my items I needed was efficiently found and work properly

Knowledgeable and problem solvers: I asked about an unavailable part and they were able to find an alternative product that would work with my tinkering skills

Inquisitive and Communicative: If a call was missed, it was immediately returned. Also willing to ask further questions to better assist

Friendly: very easy to get along and is easy to speak plainly for those who may not know technical terms, but thoroughly knows the terms

Went to C&L Computers for laptop power cable issues a few years ago. They repaired it and we got several more years out of it! When it would no longer function with Windows 7, we bought a new Windows 11 laptop. We hit a brick wall trying to set it up.
