Wouldn't even give a Star if i could post without. Worst Service Ever! Was put on hold for 40 Minutes, No Joke. Called in to get my Family some breakfast bagels last Saturday. Got put on hold for 15 minutes at first, so i hung up, assuming they forgot they had a call on hold. Could have forgiven, but when i Called back and was asked if i could hold, i tried to mention i was already on hold 15 minutes, but the phone was set down without hearing a word i was saying and i continued to hear them take order after order for the next 25 minutes just like the first 15. Even hearing what i assume was an employee talking to her Mom about Grandma texting, and someone asking another "how she gets her eyelashes to stay like that" she responded "a Curler". I only stayed on the line that long to see how long it would continue, the last minute or two was when the Elevator music finally started playing... Hung up again, called back and suddenly whoever answered was ready to take my order, by this time i was so furious i asked for a manager, she asked what about i said because i have been on hold 40 minutes, she half heartedly apologized and got the manager Sandra i believe her name was. She agreed a 40 minute hold was insane and offered a menu item on the house as an apology but by then i was over it and didn't care to go in and see any of them. Not sure i will get over this experience, Main Bagel does not exist in my breakfast...

What a shame. I came here years ago on a road trip and it was so awesome that I literally remembered it and just came here again only to find that they can't keep up with the customer flow even at an off peak time and even worse they completely destroyed the menu! I just want a ham and cheese bagel sandwich like i got years ago and I get at Einstein but I stood there looking at the menu for five minutes only to find out that apparently they think they know what customers want more than we do so I just walked out and went to McDonald's. Think about that. You literally lost a customer that was delighted the first time they came here and the next time they came they walked out after five minutes and went to McDonald's instead. They were literally already inside your location and they decided to walk out getting their vehicle and go to McDonald's instead because that's how bad someone screwed up...

Breakfast or lunch the foods great! Definitely a great place to stay and savor every bite. They offer Wi-Fi for those who want to come and study or maybe need to keep the little one occupied while you get that first sip of coffee. Everything is basically made from scratch. Drink variety is astronomical and flavors galore. The current owners added a lot of really cool things to the menu since the place opened. If you have your sights set on trying a BAGELDOG give them a heads up because those puppies go quick!

Sadly. Pay is low. $8.50/hr. They offer 40 hours then avoid it at all costs.

Turnover is high because they are quick to fire.

Hopefully the new owners offer better pay especially to people who have been there for 5 maybe even 10 years.

The bagels are great but the guy who makes them is an angry and fiesty...
