Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Gillette

We went here last night after one of the hockey games in town. To start it took 10 minutes to get seated while there is not even 8 people sitting down at the bar of at tables. One person was trying to "figure out" how to put two tables together. Insane. Then we get seated. Again. May I remind you that there is now about 15ish people in the restaurant on a Friday night. Took forever to get service. Once we did, it took literally 15 minutes for the drinks to come back from behind the bar. I finished mine before others came out. We had to ASK to get the small trays of carrots and celery deliver to the table. Shouldn't it be a given to put them out? Just like chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant? We had to ask for refills on our drinks. Not once did she say "can I get you more?" Not like she couldn't see us because they were busy vacuuming 3 hours before they closed. Meanwhile the other waiters are sitting at the table with other guests being rowdier than they are. Then these people started shooting laser pointers at the waiters, and then at the guests! REALLY??? It took the manager a good 20 minutes to get the courage to tell them to stop. Honesty. I told the person paying the bill when he said "how much should I tip her?" And I said "maybe a dollar for every time she asked if we wanted a refill or asked to take plates away. Who's would have gotten about $4. It was horrible. Definitely not going here again! I try not to leave bad reviews but this was insane. We showed up at 9:44pm…. It was nearly dead…. Ordered our drinks, drinks finally came out (soda and pink lemonade), server (Abby) said there were no strawberries which, no worries it’s just a small detail. Took our order, literally just 2 slices of cake. We were nearly the only people in there. Bunch of kids come in, almost all of the other tables that were seated after, got full plates of food. 40 minutes. We didn’t even get served or checked on. Saw other tables with strawberries in their lemonade - again not huge - just the principle. Had to call over another server to ask about where are two pieces of cake were after nearly a hour…she brings us the 2 slices of cake(the other employee… not our server). It took an hour for us to get 2 slices of cake and we only got it because we pulled another employee over to ask about it. Abby finally came over after someone else brought us our cake - to say ‘sorry I was preparing for the big tables before they came in’ and ask if we were ready to pay.., without even giving us the bill or receipt until I asked for it… while we were standing at the desk. The customer service was embarrassingly bad. Completely ignored for an hour until it was time to pay nearly $30 for cake that took an hour and 2 drinks. My sister and I were there for lunch today. When we sat down, there were 3 tables total with customers. A total of less then 12 people. We were informed that due to new rules they now put in one order at a time. So we ordered chips and queso and we each order 6 wings with blue cheese and ranch. Our drinks were brought out and then our chips. 10 minutes later my sisters lunch was brought out. 15 minutes later my order was brought out! I dont know about you but when I go to lunch with someone, I do not eat until everyone has their food. So now my sisters lunch is cold. When we asked about this, we were told this is how corporate wants things done to make sure everything is fresh! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Then when we tried asking questions the manager on duty refused to listen by stopping our questions by interrupting. When I go somewhere for a meal, especially when I am from out of town, I try to go where there is something not available in our hometown. I guess from here on out we will choose Buffalo Wild Wings Franchise vs Corp. As we were also told the franchise doesn't have to follow this rule.
