I went to food lion on September the 17 , my granddaughter picked out a cake that was to be made by September 19th at 4pm for her birthday. I went to pick up the cake September 19th at 4 pm , the cake had not been. My granddaughter was devastated because she didn't get the cake she wanted , instead she had to have a quick frozen cake . The manager never even called to apologize or anything , even though an apology wouldn't have made up for the fact that she had a frozen cake , but it showed me what kind of people run this food lion . If you're a shopper that prefers not to roam around the store looking for items and has a prepared shopping list, you'd benefit from using the pick up service. Please fix your website! It’s so buggy & terrible. I couldn’t find items like milk, butter, or oatmeal because they simply don’t appear even when you type it in. The checkout process is a joke. It’s going to take you multiple attempts to finally pay for your food that’s even if it lets you.
