Los Mariachi's is my mother's favorite dinner in town. She is very picky so when she finds something she likes, we stick with it. We go fairly regularly, possibly even once a week. We always have family birthdays here, have a good time, and know much of the wait staff to where they know what we usually want. Everyone is friendly and smiling when we go. The menu is full of everything you could expect from a multi location Mexican restaurant. The prices are definitely fair and good value. They don't waste their time with over the top presentation and just put out good food quickly. If you are thirsty, they can serve beer in what I describe as a huge ducking mug. My personal favorite meal is the chicken fajitas. 10/10 top to bottom reliable experience.

Top notch across the board. Complimentary chips were warm like they had just been baked and the salsa had the perfect amount of spice. Maybe it was the fatigue after a lot of driving, caving, and hiking but the food was wonderful, quick, and the staff were courteous, friendly, and efficient. Our food tasted home cooked and we were in and out in under half an hour. Just a great experience and I would easily drive off highway again for another meal here.

Waited 40 minutes to get my food, my wife's was 8 minutes later. The waitress never came to check on anything until we tracked her down for a refill on a Coke and more salsa since we had no food. They brought the wrong food twice, it was cold by the time we got it. The manager made it right, but I still won't go back there. Go to the one in Scottsville, we dined there many times and have never had an issue.

We love going here and getting take out but not anymore considering they may mess the take out order up and not stand by making it right. After driving all the way into town to find out they given my husband a piece of flat fish and nothing else on a plate lol. The guy who messed up the order apologized and was very sincere but apparently nothing was written down for the free fish taco meal he had promised for the trouble. Anyways well take our business to el mazatlan on the hill at least they stand by what they say. The problem was we didnt even ask for the free meal I just thought maybe they gave us someone elses order. So the guy offered a free fish taco meal and 15% off of my plate. I had called tonight because I didn't want to cook because my mother has been in the hospital for 4 days I thought well why not and when I call the dude cant find our names and puts a manager on the phone and he has no clue either and well by this point Im so exhausted I just told the manager that we would just call el mazatlan because at least rhey would get it right the first time and no confusion. So check your orders and dont really plan on them standing by what they offer for messing up your order. I mean nothing really spectacular about the food it is kinda bland after thinking about it compared to el mazatlan but its closer to home. But Ill drive the...

Went into this restaurant for lunch. There was 7 of us dining in. I ordered chicken fajitas. Which I ate was going to take the left overs home for later. When pouring the food into the to go box I seen a black hair so course I pull it out it was long and buried in my food. Keep in mind I had been eating this no telling how many I had already ate. After pulling it out it still had quite a bit of food on the hair of course. The waiter came back I showed her the hair which I had laid on the top of the to go box. She went got the manger when the manger got to the table I processed to tell her what happen. She then ask for the hair so I had to pick the hair back up gross to give her the hair. I gave her the hair she literally holds the hair up to the light to see the color of the hair and length. Then she tells me the kitchen staff wear hair nets. Then she twirling the hair around her finger yuck!!! I said ok well the hair was in my food take a DNA of the hair. Clearly she could see I was blonde haired. She did take the meal I ordered off the ticket. However when spending 100.00 to eat somewhere I shouldn’t be finding hair in my food. It was the way the manger approach the situation almost as if I put the nasty hair in the food when cleary you could see from the amount of food on it that it was buried in the food. It made me so sick I...

After a long day at work my girlfriend and I were hungry for some Mexican. We decided to try calling Los Mariachis and after 50+ attempts (I’m stubborn), including 10+ hangups mid sentence, being sent straight to voicemail, or just no ring at all, we’ve decided to no longer support this restaurant. Very disappointed all around. Not to mention the last time we went and picked up an order 4 separate employees either walked past or just stared at me standing at the counter instead of helping or finding the person who could help Edit: I can’t reply so I’ll edit this post. It was Tuesday, April 2nd. I can recognize when a landline or phone is busy, I know the dial tone or can hear the message saying call back. The problem is I would hear someone pick up, with background noise so I know the line was live, and I would start talking only to be hung up on after speaking for a bit. It wasn’t because the line was busy, that would happen too but what upset me was being hung up...
