My experience previous to tonight wasn't a good one. So I had called the store and spoke with the DM James who told me he would make up for it by giving me my next 8 piece all dark meat bucket free, and took my name. So I pulled into the drive thru tonight and waited about 30 minutes at the speaker just to get my order in, which was a 4 piece chicken strip. I assumed with how bad the wait was I decided to place an order and ask for James when I got to the window to get the make up order. When I approached the window a young girl repeated my order and took my money. I corrected her and said it's a 4 piece, not a 3 piece. I asked if James the manager was around. She very openly said he got fired, they learned he was on the needle. And Shannon was now the new DM. I asked to speak to her and I was told she had just left. I assume with as horribly that restaurant is being run, I would not be getting my make up bucket. So I decided not to even try. I told the young girl the drive thru had 4 cars behind me. She said "Oops" and asked if she could help the person on the speaker as I drove off. This restaurant location needs some serious help. When I got home I only had 3 pieces. So the order never got corrected after I told her the right order. I never got a receipt so I guess I have no proof but I won't be returning to this...
Read moreWhere do I start? We had placed a catering order for 110 people to be picked up at 10 am. I arrived at 10 minutes until 10, and the doors were locked but I found the door at drive thru open. I was told I needed to exit the building. I explained I was there for the big order. The lady, whose identification tag identified her as the manager, informed me it would be a little late. She couldn’t really tell me how long, but I needed to exit and go back to my vehicle, unless i wished to cancel. Of course I didn’t, because I had people waiting. . I waited approximately 15 minutes and tried again. She again informed me it was going to be awhile, but only 20-30 pieces of chicken were cooked. I needed 240 pieces, per my order. The order was cancelled this time, and the manager seemed so unconcerned. I explained I had 110 people waiting, and she didn’t care. She was very content for me to exit the building, cancelling a $900 order. Pathetic. Go anywhere but here. The owners of this franchise need to take a serious look at who they have managing and the customers they are...
Read moreWe went to KFC in Glasgow for a quick dinner before work. We ordered the new Chizza combo and a famous bowl. The woman at the window was very quick to park every single car that came through the drive thru because she "had to watch her number". As we parked there were 3 other cars complaining about a nearly 20 minute wait for their orders We waited for almost 20 minutes ourselves, and we had to go in and get the food ourselves and it was setting there ready as we walked in. The food was only decent at best. The chicken chunks in the famous bowl were HUGE nearly chicken tender size and mad either quite hard to eat, especially with a plastic spork. The Chizza was ok, I suppose. Looked absolutely nothing like the images and had virtually no cheese on it at all. I do NOT recommend visiting the KFC in Glasgow.
