White Castle — Restaurant in Glasgow

White Castle is a great place to go with your family or friends the food is great the variety is exceptional sometimes the customer service needs work some of the employees are a little bit discriminatory and a little bit callous and cold to the customers in wheelchairs which happens to be about 1/5 of their entire clientele is a handicapped or senior citizen they need to really pay attention to this they need to have senior citizen discounts which include the people that are handicapped that are over 55 this is not offered at this restaurant this restaurant has great shakes and great desserts I am madly crazy over there stick dipped cheesecake and brownie on a stick that's dipped and fudge chocolate the reasonably expensive you can buy these and put them in your freezer and take them out a couple at a time to eat them they're exceptional they're actually the highlight of my visit Tony says one thumbs up and three stars for White Castle for their great food but they lacking customer service experience and interaction with the customers and they need to offer a discount to senior citizens and those handicapped over 55 and this is not available as yet at this restaurant I would like to see it inundated into their order policy to discount the food for senior citizens and those handicapped over 55 and also those that are veterans anyone on social security or SSI needs to be discounted because they live on a meager limited income they should be able to spend their money the same way but get the discounts to offer the offset of their fixed limited income this would allow customers to still frequent White Castle and spend their money but spend it more wisely with a discount I would like to see this inundated in the future in the White castle's policy as far as I know very few restaurants in Glasgow give discounts for senior citizens and those handicapped over 55 some places will give you 10% off of a cup of coffee some places will give you a free cup of coffee but get real folks people that are 65 or over people are 55 or older those that are disabled those veterans all the people on social security or SSI have limited incomes and that affects them being able to go to these places and buy a cup of coffee a burger and fries or a Coke or whatever they want offering discounts inundating that into the policy of White Castle would increase the clientele by probably about 35% as I have figured it out for more because people would come out to shop and they would come to White Castle because they would get a discount because of their limited income status and then being handicapped disabled or senior citizen or a veteran and of those they all need discounts they all need to be encouraged to come to White Castle to shop and eat because the food is good the desserts are exceptional and so is the shakes I do not go to White Castle as often as I should because I too am on social security disability and I receive a small SSI payment to bring me up to the bottom of the poverty scale if I was to begin a discount I too would be able to go to White Castle more often and enjoy the great food there and over time this might include improving the clientele experience with these customer service people that White Castle that take your order and who serve you at...

The ladies and I believe now, actually, there is one gentleman, as well, who work the night shift at the White Castle in Glasgow, are seriously some of my favorite people, like, period, in the world!!!! We, I and my whole family, we just love y'all, and y'all keep on bein, and I mean, people, BY FAAAAAAAAAR and away, the single most courteous, respectful, nicest, kindest, and most just, all around wonderful restaurant crew for 20 COUNTIES around!!! They never have anything but sweetness for us, even in the middle of the night, and are always just so patient and kind, quick with the coupons to save a family a buck or two, and who doesn't need that?!?! And one night, when we had trouble with our card not wanting so much to actually allow us to utilize the money we own, and they paid for a rather substantial portion of our order, together, between the two of them (the two gals that are always there, every single time we've been, you know who you are, ladies, we are just so crazy bout y'all!!!!), out of their own (come now, y'all, we all know they, and every fast food worker, are severely, OBSCENELY, UNDERPAID!!!!!), but neither even flinched!!!! Now we got it figured out almost immediately, and paid them right back, same night, but still, who does that??! They are WONDERFUL, AND FRANKLY, FABULOUS EXAMPLES OF HOW TO BE AN ACTUAL HUMAN!!!! And White Castle, corporate, or franchise owner, to whomever this may concern, EMPLOYEES LIKE THESE, THEY ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY MAAAKE YOUR BUSINESS, AND REFLECT UPON IT SO BEAUTIFULLY!!!! GIVE EM A RAISE!!!!
