i'll give em one star for being open at least....moved my business here in 2001 started buying my lunch's for 2 of us about 3 times a week...i did some math about 46.xxx dollars spent total, you would think things would get better after there move....but alas...was not the case....i consider my opinion pretty educated at this point on the store based on experiences, the deli side has progressed down ward lately to the point i just decided today to move on.....the food was okay...but only that....for a period we were getting a reasonable quantity enough to at least make it to dinner....but there cooperate greed and dis concern for there neighbors and there community....leaves me flabbergasted that anyone goes there anymore at all....they install some sushi bar and remove the cashiers station.....hardly ever see anyone buying it... and wait considerably longer at the typical single gas station check out to pay....you buy a dinner and your chained to the same dry dusty 3 sides to accompany it for life of add money to upgrade with no return consideration on the sides you payed for but didn't take....me and my son cant spend 25 bucks for lunch everyday....not to mention it's not worth 1/2 of that to begin with.....now the portions got smaller ....quality lesser....wait got longer to pay.....i don't pay homage to paying more and getting less....not to mention the staff [lately] are cold and mechanical....i kinda expect some one to say Hi...how are you doing today certainly when i spoke to them first similarly ...you can tell there heart's not in it....the entire experience has been mis managed and the decline in quality service etc.....when we get ready for lunch lately i just dread going over there being treated like a number..get mediocre over priced food to the point....today was my last for awhile maybe ever to go to this dreary dismal lunch stop....i hope for their sake somebody that cares see's this and somehow turn this back around....a sad former customer, signed...

The store options alone make it a 5 Star Place. Now you may be wondering then why does it get three stars? This is due to the fact that the bathroom was atrocious with a little toilet paper pieces all over the floor. The other concern with that is that they have a sign on the door saying to reach out to an employee or management if it’s nasty, but an employee was in the bathroom at the same time as me and didn’t even bother to pick up any of the pieces… My other concern is about check out, the lines were fairly long when I walked in. This showed me that they should invest in 1 to 2 self checkout lanes. My other concern involving check out is the guy who was helping me, Ivan didn’t bother to say hello, ask how my day was, etc as most service workers usually do. I don’t have an issue with this as I understand that the place can be busy, and it can be tiring repeateing the same phrases over and over. My issue with this is he tried to hurry me out of his line so he could turn to the side next to his cash register and text on his phone. Also when the customer service line builds up, many people are behind the counter just chatting instead of helping people. Overall, I would say it’s a pretty good store when you compare the service to Walmart or other entities where the employees are just insufferable. I also want to point out and go back to the products that they offer. I am an avid baker, and they sell things here that I am only able to get on Amazon. The stuff they sell is not found at Walmart, Target or any other grocery store. I will definitely be back solely for that. I hope I get a better experience next time with the customer service so I can...

Try that several times Glencoe store does not show up as an option. So call the store again and explain I just want to order some rolls for delivery for Tuesday, which is one of the days they deliver. Still get the run around for the order. Never mind.
