I'm highly upset because they are selling and misrepresenting the consumer falsely by stating that it is the original product from the distributor. When in fact the products from the distributor are being repackaged with what I say allegedly is for example, "SHANGO" product from the distributor and mixed with AZO (Trimmings) and whatever in-house cannabis marijuana. I have very many reasons that I can point out that is wrong to the recreational consumer, but most importantly the medical consumers who depend on it. There should be certain procedures and policies put in place to protecting the consumer. The ability to visually see the actual product that we will purchase & physically take home. At the dispensary level we should have that ability. Dispensaries have too much power and have the ability to sell what they please with no fines consequences or limits, and when the consumer does have a problem bottom line they are screwed. There is nobody governing over policies, laws, limits & the protection and rights of the consumer. Today's Friday November 15th my son went in and made a purchase and on the menu it says Arizona organic shake and it has shango shake I know personally that Arizona organic shake are trimmings, they are not mature bud that have not reached the THC level therefore if they're putting it in a package and they're labeling it as shake with whatever THC level it is that's all a lie because if it didn't reach bud level how could it reach the THC level it didn't if it's just a leaf. So I know better so I ordered shango shake because I know Shango products. I bought it numerous times and it comes in a white, yellow and green package directly from shango and it's grinded up. For thinking that I'm getting Shango shake can't wait to get home and smoke little to my surprise I get home open the package and I'm blown away. What I see are nothing but trimmings and there's a few little pieces of bud in there shango shake doesn't have any pieces of bud in there nor do they have leaves. I was kind of puzzled because when I got home and open the bag from the dispensary the marijuana was in a white bag and not the regular Shango bag. I don't doubt they probably put a little bit of shango shake in there but the rest has to be trim and a bunch of junk that they had left over and they repackaged all this and claiming it to be shango product. I called to speak to the manager who was Connor he asked asked how he could help me I then began to tell him what the situation was he cut me off started talking over me and told me that all sales were final. I then proceeded to tell him that this is not right and that we are being full product that is being falsely labeled & repackaged & sold as other product and being sold under that label. Connor with his very unprofessional arrogant attitude then proceeded to try and school me about the shake maturity level of marijuana and totally does not know what he's talking about, everything that he stated was wrong. I don't understand how you can be at management level in a marijuana industry and you haven't one clue about cultivating or the background of marijuana. I stated to Connor I don't want my money back but I do want what I paid for, Connor then proceeded to tell me that I don't have any idea what the hell I'm talking about and hung up on me. Right before his last statement & the hang up, I did warn him that I was going to go live with this situation and that I was going to make sure to contact Shango distributor and let them know what is going on. Im 1,000% loyal to shango they have an amazing products, the flower is outstanding, the fact that they are mixing & repackaging the product it's not fair to the distributing company and could typically harm their superb reputation of having been voted number one in this industry. I Asked my budtender ,(didnāt get his name) simple questions and did not receive the answers I was looking for, like for instance. Q, where do you buy your weed at? The answers I received. āOh I donāt buy weed, I get weed for freeā ok? But thatās not what I was asking. Question 2, how much is an half ounce ? Answer, 65$ or so, I then replied, is that popcorn nugs? (Me knowing it probably is lol) He replies, yes . I reply with, ādamn bro why so much? ā (I buy ounces for 80$) he seems like he didnāt like that because he then replies ā I donāt know I donāt make the prices ā what bothered me the most was the feeling I get every time I go there with your employees saying āso do you know what you want? Making me feel like they just wanted my money and nothing to do with me , so after experiencing sarcasm and lack of care I then step away to request another budtender (not my first rodeo ) because I did not like his work ethics. (Nothing against the man) I then ask another employee if I can request another budtender and mind you another budtender , a female . ( donāt know her name ) tells me āIāll take you right here after I take care of this gentleman. I then reply, Okay thank you. (I think everything is okay and solved ) but then here comes another random employee and starts stating Iām being quote on quote āhostileā then proceeds to tell me to leave and gets security involved to remove me from the premises. (Embarrassing and humiliating) Mind you Iāve been coming to this business for 7+ years (whereās the loyalty at? ) and have provided this facility thousands of dollars . Easy. I cut this dispensary off all due to lack of care for the costumer/patient. Now if weāre talking about the products they sell and the price they sell it at thatās another problem worth talking about. Azo wasnāt all bad tho, I used to make purchases like almost everyday and had 0 problems years ago, but now ? I donāt know. Iām not mad,(never was) Iām still just mind blown on how I was treated here. Thursday December 26th. Luckily I was āsavedā by one of the managers who recognized me from 7+years ago. When I was making all those purchases in the past. because I know I wouldnāt have had that opportunity/ privilege to purchase an eight from the outside in the back of the complex if no one recognized me as a regular. and yes i still made a purchase of 44$ for an eight because now i needed to smoke. And yes it sucked to be served outside of the establishment, it was too hot and uncomfortable. So embarrassing and. Humiliating once...

So I just got back from the dispensary and had an absolutely amazing experience. Mason the supervisor on duty. Handled me personally and made sure my issue was addressed fully and by the end of it I was able to get all 10g of my rso. We were laughing and having a great time too!
The lady I spoke with on the phone originally even approached me and apologized and I personally wanna thank you as well for doing that meant the world to me. Thank you for doing that. That was some amazing customer service.
All in all This was by far one of the best customer service experiences Iāve ever had in my life. You listened, you heard my issue, you found a solution, and you put it into action immediately which helped me get my rso the same exact day.
