I placed an order via the app at 9:25pm. My order was quoted to be ready by 9:42pm. I arrive around 10pm to find my order isn’t in the portal. I speak with Jovanya at the register, she informs me my order is not ready. It hasn’t even been started. When I asked her why it wasn’t ready she shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t know. Do you want your receipt?” Completely blowing off the fact my order wasn’t even processed. She showed no remorse, no apology was given. She would walk away from the front counter and barely pay any attention to anyone walking in. Multiple walk ins came in and their orders were processed before mine. No rush on my order was placed, I had to wait in line with everyone else even though the location messed up my order I was punished for it. I then demand to speak with the manager on shift, the manager on shift, Don or Dan whoever he is, did not apologize for his staff, he did not try to calm the situation whatsoever, he allowed his cashier to laugh in my face at the situation, he allowed her to talk about to me without saying anything to her. When I opened my mouth to talk back he turned the tables on me saying I had an attitude and he would not give me a refund nor give me my order while pointing his fingers at my face. At this point I felt robbed and attacked by all the staff. The only employee that tried to find a resolution instead of leaving the situation as is was, Rah. Whether it was genuine or not, Rah asked me what my order was and went to the manager and practically had to convince the manager to at least give me my order. Once approval was received my order was prepared and Rah handed it to me apologizing for the service tonight. A customer that was behind me and witnessed everything, apologized on the company’s behalf for such terrible service. He informed me he was part of management for his company and I definitely need to contact a district manager or regional manager about the service I was provided. He told me he’s never seen such disrespect from an entire staff on their mistake and attitude. I have been coming to this location for years and never have had any issues until this night. I will not be returning to this location and I will make sure friends and family know of the situation. Read moreI can not understand how an employee (the one working the register) can create such a hostile environment with customers and still have his job. I came into the store to pick up a delivery. I informed him that the customer i was delivering to did not provide a code but that i had their name.This man proceeded to complain saying it slows down the process (when really it is he who is slow. The man moves like a smoked out sloth. Zero work ethic) he told me that I need to have doordash provide some code next time. I was simply trying to explain to him that I have no way of controlling what doordash does I'm just a driver I don't work for a corporate office. I don't have any control of such things. He and I are both doing our job. If it's really that difficult for him well hey let's just work together and get this out. Ultimately the customer is waiting for there food. It does nobody any good sitting and arguing about your job duties.
So this for whatever reason triggered him and he went from 50 to 150 out of no where. Began to yell and swear at me to get out as I was already leaving with the customers order.
Looking at the other comments here, clearly he's a problem. The reviews here are correct. Idk about the rest of the staff but homeless looking bucket hat man seriously needs to be fired. I mentioned the situation to the customer on arival and she said, (oh yea, thats why dont go there anymore.we just get it delivered) i never once in my life have wanted to see someone fired until tonight. And it's not even because of my personal experience, but many others apparently.

Read morePlaced a phone order for a large pizza, half pepperoni, half jalepeno and pineapple with a crazy bread and crazy sauce. The guy who took my order was very short with me on the call. When i arrived to get my pizza, they were very busy, but no one was in line at the register. I said i had a pick up for Kris, but they ignored me completely. I stood there for another couple minutes while they called out people who had been waiting for there food in the lobby. They still didnt acknowledge me. After finishing with the orders they were handing out, they started taking new orders from people who walked in after me. It wasnt until i said "Hi, i have been here for awhile" that they finally asked what i needed (despite being in line the whole time). I told them that i had a pick up and the kid looked at me like i was speaking a forgein language. He glanced at the hot rack without opening it and looked confused. His co-worker pointed out my order (the only one in the hat rack) and he got it for me. I paid, then had to ask for the sauces that i ordered with my bread initially when i called in.
I get the pizza home after all of that and...THERE WAS A BUG ON TOP OF ONE OF THE PEPPERONIS.
Horrible experience. I worked at a little ceasars for a few years, and i understand a dinner rush, but there was no excuse for that service or bugs...
