For the best nachos to ever grace your tastebuds, come to Carambas.
You know how inevitably, when you eat most nachos, there’s a sad, dry tortilla chip or two left with no cheese, no meat, no beans left to scoop? At Carambas, this will never happen.
Instead, their nachos are coated with everything your heart desires, stacked with so much deliciousness that you couldn’t possibly eat them all alone. In addition to the tender machaca, smooth refried beans, and gooey cheese, there’s a pile of amazing guacamole on one corner of the dish, and sour cream in the other. Top it all off with a large handful of jalapeños and the incredible chunky red salsa from the salsa bar, and you’re in heaven. Straight up.
I don’t live in Glendale, but I find any excuse to drive to Glendale to get these nachos. And I pray I get to eat them for the rest of my life.
Don’t believe me? Try them...
