The night shift at the Jack In The Box on 19th Avenue and Buckeye rd. is incompetent for lack of a worse word or words. The night shift at this particular Jack in the Box is never ever fully stocked to provide services or the products that they advertise to do which is to be a fully functional burger restaurant. they never have everything that the day shift has so when you go in as a customer if you ask for ketchup they don't have ... so simple as ketchup!!! if you ask for a beverage holder they don't have it something as simple as a beverage carrier they don't have and to top it all off with their shortcomings the staff actually has a negative attitude towards the customer so I give the Jack in the Box on 19th Avenue and Buckeye Rd a big fat juicy F minus minus minus and that's only because I can't give them anything lower than that. So not only is the customer service absolutely horrendous but also the actual product itself is always at a shortcoming on the night shift so anything after 7 p.m. I repeat strongly do not go to the Jack in the Box on 19th Avenue and Buckeye Road which would be on the southwest corner directly across the street from Burger King. Your culinary experience there will be less than lacking !!! If you have a choice in going to Jack In The Box after hours or Whataburgers after-hours because those are the only two restaurants left open within a mile radius of each other after hours I would strongly suggest go to Whataburger and get the service that you deserve and you also get a meal that's properly made for you the way you want it thanks again for letting me chime in and allowing me 2 add my 2 cents on being a foodie in Arizona thank you for giving me that platform....
Read moreI'm not one to leave reviews but after my experience today i had to. I went to order a large iced caramel coffee (super simple right)... So when i drive off i sip it and it tastes like diluted coffee with absolutely NO flavoring. I was on my way to school and i couldn't go back so i thought i would call and let them know so i could get a new one after i got out of class. But nooo i call and no one answered. So i called again and same thing... I literally called 20 times and no one answered! And i have the phone records to prove it. This really was the last straw because this place has been messing up nonstop the past few months. I cant express how frustrating it is. This place is a joke. There's always something wrong whether the system is down, being out of product, giving wrong orders, lazy and careless employees, late night employees goof around and listen to loud music half the time, being closed when they're supposed to be open, and they ignore the phone when people are calling. It's sad because Jack in the Box is great food but the service is the worst. The craziest incident was about a month ago when there was only one person working (an old white lady) and there was no one else to help her not even a cook! She had a line of 8 people and as soon as she handed me my food she threw off her headset and said she quit! They don't know how to treat their employees. What they need is a damn manager who needs to be there 24/7 because it's ridiculous. I've contacted corporate today to let them know about everything that's been going on the last few months and i will be providing them proof as well. Stop hiring idiots and hire people who are gonna give great customer service and get things...
Read moreStopped by on my way home from work today to buy dinner for my family. 2 cars in front of me in the drive through, 2 cars in the parking lot. 2 cars go, order and move ahead. I pull up and... nothing. I wait 5 minutes. Still nothing. I say something into the box. Nothing. I tried calling the store and, big surprise, nothing. No answer, no voicemail. Finally after yelling into the box again I hear a mumbled "hold on". And I wait another minute. Then I get a "can I take your order?" I ask to speak to a manager. I'm told to pull to the window. I went in, because clearly the drive through was not working for me, with my debit card ready to share my concerns and order my dinner. After the cashier disappeared for a few minutes I'm told that there is no manager on site. I ask who's in charge and am told that that person doesn't speak English and wont see me. No one offered to translate or take a message. No one seemed concerned about customer service at all.
I noticed the sign stating that you are independantly owned and opperated. I feel really bad for the owner as your employees leave A LOT to be desired. Maybe you should spend some time there and fix the mess they are making of your livelihood.
