Paul Jr was very professional, I had a leak and I had to shut off the main water line and I didn't know how else to stop it. I called so many different lawn places (it was a Sunday so majority were closed) and no one would get back to me. He answered the first time and told me over the phone how to turn the main water line back on and turn off the irrigation lines. That was really helpful, he didn't even charge me for that advice or anything. He said if I still wanted to have him come out and take a look, that he could, he didn't hassle for me, which is nice because so many people do. I did ask him to come out the next day still because I tried to replace a partof it myself and didn't work, so I didn't want to leave it broken. He gave me an upfront cost, which mind you was not expensive at all and didn't have surprise fees or anything. He found there was a crack in the system controller valve, so he replaced it and showed me how the whole thing operates. He said I was halfway there, I'm still very glad that he came out and it took less than 30 minutes to fix the whole thing. I will most definitely recommend him and use Yzagere...
