There are not enough stars to rate the Furniture Express owner! Jean is simply an amazing woman! She acknowledges and assists every person who crosses the threshold of her store. She's engaging, fun, and knows tons of tips/tricks about her business (competition, prices, what works, what doesn't, etc.) Jean is so personable that many of her customers are 'repeat' buyers, and some of them have become personal friends. She's attentive not only in person, but communicates through calls or texts to provide follow up or feedback, and is extremely flexible with payment arrangements. She's upfront and honest about deliveries and/or wait times for merchandise, and doesn't try to 'pressure' you into buying anything---no 'hovering'. Let's you shop at your own pace, and yell if you need her. You could tell that she LOVES what she does---she helps load/unload trucks, changes the floor merchandise regularly, yet always has a smile on her face, and a welcome conversation for a stranger. You will find yourself coming back to her over and over again for all kinds of home furnishing advice. She's open 7 days a week, so stop by to visit her. She can't wait...

Ordered and paid for a sofa, loveseat and reclining chair on Wednesday. Even though the first two had to be special ordered, I had everything delivered (and the old furniture removed, at a reasonable charge) on Friday within the time range Jean described. The moving men were great and the operation went perfectly from start to finish. Jean offers and provides customer service beyond what most businesses can barely imagine. On top of that (but definitely related to it) she is one of the warmest, nicest and most genuine people I've met in years! There are not enough stars available to give Jean the owner of Furniture Express the outstanding customer service she provides! I have personally furnished 3 homes from furniture purchased from Jean and will buy from no other store! Her vendors make top quality pieces with several made right here in Phoenix or the West. Nobody beats her prices...nobody! She has personally picked up my orders at manufacture warehouses for me and even delivered them to my home!
