I’m sad to leave this review. I went for a second time to ever get a gel manicure in my life. The first time was great but the second time was horrible. I went in and didn’t know the whole manicure procedure and while getting them done the guy was pretty much complaining about how I picked two Colors with glitter in them and then when I asked him to put white under a glitter one because it would have been just my nail color underneath and I didn’t realize that, he said you said two colors not three. After the manicure was finished, my fingers were bleeding around my nail bed and I asked my friend why and she said he didn’t soak your fingers in water before he pulled the cuticle and skin?! and I said no! I didn’t know he was suppose to. I told the lady as they were closing and she said I’ll let Him know about that. The next day I called and tried to talk the main lady there and she kept talking over me and said I can then come in and if there’s cuticle she’ll help me. I was intimidated to go in and a week later the skin around my finger nail bed are peeling and hard because of the harsh way he pulled the skin. I called to tell her again and she said maybe I need to go to a dr and get a cream and said no! My fingers were never like this until he pulled the skin off like he did! Christine is the best person to go to here. Also my friend got the dip and her nails are so thick that her fingers are getting caught in her hair! I miss the old owners. I went here a few months ago with my daughter and we wanted acrylic for her. We asked if they would not file the top of the nail down too much and they said they wouldn't. They ended up giving her a gel polish instead. Miscommunication maybe? Regardless, he only did one hand before we cought the mistake. I asked if we could do acrylic and the lady (owner ?) said they could do that next time and if we insisted on having it done at that time we would be charged full price for gel and acrylic. I was completely shocked that she refused more money/business and than wouldnt take ownership on their mistake. Well, I'm not shocked at them not taking ownership. The previous owners were very good at customer service and making things right. I wish I had a better experience for my first time there under new ownership. This experience was disappointing. I hope that the new owners read this review because good customer service goes a long way. I just walked in to get information on eyelash extensions and full set of nails with pedicure. I was asked how I could be helped? I said I wanted some info on eyelashes as I never had them before. I got a shoulder shrug and was told with a face like I can't afford the price of 60 dollars. I said ok and what do they look like ? She said with her facing away, small ,medium, large.
