If you’re reading this , You know who you are! First off , I want to say I EXTREMELY hope that this negative review brings down this shops google rating. I wish there was an option NOT to give any stars at all. It may sound spiteful because it is. I’m ok with that. It would at least make me feel a little better knowing these guys are aware I was one reason why they can’t hold a high rating on google. The experience I had in less then 10min was unbelievable and I could not wait to get out of there… AS SOON as I mentioned what I was tryin to accomplish I was told “you will not be receiving anything close to what you want”, thus attempting to set the bar BEFORE I even bring my items out of their carrying case. Then they proceeded to lie to me and show me some shady website they use to sells firearms for a fraction of what they are actually selling for in the real world. Why would they not buy firearms from this beloved website and make money off those very affordable items?? I say it’s because they are happy to rip off people in need or I’m sure they would call us client’s desperate but who am I and what do I know right? I mentioned that I was referred to them by my sister who had done business with them once before, I mentioned that I could prove that they have done good business with her and that I was hoping for similar treatment.. I could not believe what I was told. The owner or manager whatever he was said to me word for word .. “ you show me who gave your sister a good deal and I will fire that person RIGHT NOW “. This does not sound like a place to take your hard earned items hoping for a good or even a decent deal. This is very much NOT the place for that. I was treated with Dignity and respect very friendly employee's I say this because of the way I was dressed as my intention was to stay home all day but was asked for a ride, I felt very comfortable. They had patience with me as i can be a complicated customer so hard to make up my mind, was offered great discount i ended up paying for a tablet, necklace and pendant what I was ONLY going to pay for a pendant plus another thousands for a necklace (somewhere else) . When I got home the tablet was not charging had to play with the charger to get it to charge...I called explained my concern waiting to hear " everything here is final sale as it's second hand" my shock I was advice to take it back! I was going to get my money refunded but ended up purchasing another necklace, pendant for my infant and tablet for myself. All I can say I recommend going there!!!! As we say at work (even thought I'm out for a year) the way you treat people is the way you are going to be treatetd, you treat everybody with dignity and respect it doesn't matter if this client drives a Mercedes and the other a bike. You should treat them all the same they all are important to us and I honestly felt that way I can't express how satisfy I came home. My mom is now curious to go she loved the merchandise and specially the prices.... P.S. I had done business with them in the past, and even pay the extra fees. I had an item in there and ask for an extension. I talked to Laura about it and she said it would be ok but there will be more interest on it.

Well, I went to pick up the item and they sold it, even after the arrangements were made with Laura. Not once did they give me a call and in the past when we made an agreement, it was an official deal. The funny thing about this, is that Laura try to pull that "I don't remember" act and not once did she try to make a solution from their mistake. The best she said as a manager was "I don't know what to tell you". Now remind everyone, I called her and made arrangements as I have before in the past. I never complained about the interest from them keeping my stuff.
