Man Cave Entertainment — Local services in Glendale

Purchased a TV here because it was a cheaper price. Now I understand that they sell refurbished TV’s and that is not the issue. The first TV I purchase had a short on the power supply so it would constantly reboot. I called and explained the problem and the gentleman at the store (Can’t remember his name) told me to come back and exchange it, which I did. So I get the Second TV home and mounted on the wall powered up begin watching it for a little while and then the sound shuts off and a clicking sound is coming from the amplifier built into the TV. So I again call and the Same gentleman offers to bring another TV up to my house seeing as I live 45 minutes from the store he tells me he has off the next two days and that he will work something out so I take him for his work I never hear from him until Sunday three days later he tells me on the phone and he has notes but I can’t remember what the notes were for so I tell him that I’m gonna bring the TV back and expect a full refund. I have a job so I asked my parents to bring the TV back and get my money for me , my parents arrive at the store in the same gentleman whose name I cannot still remember tells my parents that I hooked the TV up wrong and I needed to be using a sound bar and that’s why it’s not working... Really the TV has an amplifier built into it with speakers for a reason... Now up until this point I was going to leave a 5 star review but due to your customer service this is what you get .....stay away from this...

I have purchased multiple TVs from Man Cave over the last couple of years and regularly refer friends and family to them. Ironically, the first TV I bought from them was defective. I admit I was concerned that a small company may not be willing to replace the TV since it was an open box purchase and I had it for over a month before I learned it was not working. (It was in a guest room at my house and not turned on for more than a minute until the guests arrived.) I took the TV back to Man Cave. I purchased a TV from these guys around the end of November and it was in very clean shape; new and seemingly just an open-box and returned item. Unfortunately, there was a small issue with it but they let me exchange it for another unit which was just as new and this one worked just fine. They have a very efficient, no-frills warranty policy and are very helpful with returns. I will definitely be purchasing another TV from them in the future.
