Went for "open mic" and got pushed off stage because evidently you aren't supposed to talk between songs. Jukebox music tuned on while playing my next song, I did mess up in the beginning and start the intro over.. but VERY RUDE! I asked about the flyer for open mic to see if there was a time limit on songs. Bartender, whom turned the jukebox music on said no flyer.... But time limit is enforced when people "take too long"... No definition of "too long" ... My 3 songs were completely within reason. The musician prior to me was a one man band with drum machines and loops. His music was great but much longer than mine. He was great... Nobody's pushed him off stage though. We know that because we were on a schedule to leave and pick up daughter from work. He was definitely longer! I had a stranger from the crowd play with me because he was a great soloist. Evidently, the problem was me talking while he was disconnecting his guitar. Are you not supposed to thank and ask for applause for someone who plays with you "on the spot" TAKE NOTE!!... NO TALKING BETWEEN SONGS besides that. In addition to the rudeness of the bartender, the open mic organizer came up to the PA to cut my music off before song ended. The song was "Round Here" acoustic live. It's long... Not 20 mins 'Peter" (see below) But heartfelt... And not Stairway to Heaven long! Ridiculous place to play open mic! Oh . One more thing, coincidentally...a full band came on stage when I was pushed off. Coincidence? 🤔 Bad place for a beginner to try. Shame on a Tina and Keri Anne 😩 If you read Peter's review above "I saw that an individual gave a negative review about open mic night. They clearly don't understand how it works. There are many open mics around the valley. They are similarly structured. You arrive, sign up, and go up to play usually 2-3 songs. This typically burns 12-15 minutes. If 12 people sign up, you have 2-3 hours of play time. If people get up, tune their guitar, hook up effects, and start yakking between songs, it impinges on others. Playing a ten minute song and talking is rude and inconsiderate of others."

Video with audio is evidence.... Had to time buttom 2 strings because they were off from vibration tuning. Took 2.. Maybe 3 seconds. Other guitarist was hiking up while I did this. (Still, an open mic.. Are we expected to be professional musicians at open mic?) Second... Round Here according is NOT a "10 minute song"..I have the recording as mentioned below..6:24min just got the record (the truthful one anyway). Lastly, you are correct...2 songs, 12-15 minutes (there's only 3 when very few musicians show) since I have video of the complete 2 songs and the break between them..... Would you like to know the entire video length from stepping in stage to the jukebox kicking on? I'll send it to you... And Kimmie.

Have COMPLETE video of the "jukebox" music turning on during my song if you'd like to see?! Therefore, if they (Tina and Keri -Ann) say differently Id love to show you the truth. Such a shame because until this day I was recommending you as a good open mic. Unfortunately, I will do so no longer. It's not like you are going to fire her.. plus, I realized you have Tina boosting your Google rating and that's totally a conflict of interest!

What this seems to be about is that you should not complain about your waitress being in the kitchen and then coming out on her cell phone when you are not getting drinks, food, or a check. Otherwise, the bartender will come down on you. It's a service industry...I don't even give had tips... Just bad reviews. Kimmy... Thanks for getting back to me. Oh wait... You didn't

Update: I changed my rating to a 4 star. The owner contacted my with the concern. We spoke for awhile to get the info so she can follow up. Very nice to speak with and she has very good customer service skills. She was very concerned about the issues. I will try this place again and give it a go. Thanks for the follow up and customer service.

Highly disappointed. Never got waited on and had to always go to the bar and order everything. The waitress only tended to the regulars. The had a steak taco special on the menu, when I tried to order it the bartender said they dont have steak tacos. Then why is it on the menu. I ordered a pork and hamburger meat tacos. When they brought they brought no napkins and believe me the hamburger taco was messy and greasy.

It was the location on Greenway. We didnt have a server other than the lady that just dropped off the tacos then walked away. Didnt get her name. I asked my daughter if she remembers the name of the bartender but she didnt remember. Sorry I didnt get the names I usually do get names but I just wanted my daughter to have a good night out because she has had 2 surgerys in the couple months to remove cancer. I was just frustated. I wasnt going to post this but I drive for Lyft/Uber and drop people off there alot of times. Figured they should know. Thanks for getting...

Came for the Friday night fish fry on a recommendation and I can say, it wasn't the best by any means, but it sure wasn't the worst if that helps. Service sucked for being slow on a Friday 6pm night. The inside was virtually empty and the patio was pretty full. Our waitress took her sweet time coming over to us that we were about to leave when my husband noticed she was coming. She didn't seem happy. Gave our drink order and it literally took her 10 minutes to come back. I asked for recommendations since the hubby was getting the fish fry. I opted for a burger, tasty but needed a different bun as it fell apart to quickly, I gave up and only ate the half. Fries were good. For the fish fry you got 3 small pieces, thank goodness it was all you can eat but it took our waitress FOREVER to come back to place another order, he got his one order and she disappeared yet again. Our drinks were empty so my husband went up to the bar himself for refills. For a place that was empty you would think she would want to work on getting a tip. When we left after waiting now forever to pay our bill, we knew it was a one and done for...
