Pulling up to the speaker, I was greeted by Brittanyâa brand-new, bilingual team member whose calm confidence immediately put me at ease. She cheerfully confirmed my order in both English and Spanish, asked thoughtful questions to ensure I got exactly what I wanted, and even offered a few flavor pairings for my Blizzard. Despite the steady line of cars behind me, Brittany never rushed; she remained friendly, attentive, and professional the entire time.
As I drove forward to the pickup window, I was met by Brittanyâs manager, Ashley, who greeted me with the same warm energy. Ashley double-checked that my order was perfect, ensured Brittany had all the support she needed, and even shared a quick smile and âthank youâ that made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.    Read moreI went there about three weeks ago I know they hired new employees and I can understand they are new and trying their best to keep up with the orders. Mark was doing great with helping them with the job and making sure they were able to get the blizzard and food out on time and sometimes they were so busy that they fell behind I can understand that. I went in last week and they got a new gm manager her name is Kelly she is rude one of the new employee he was making a shake they messed up and was making another one when Kelly walked up and took the cup out of there hands and she made it herself and explaining how to make it to the point I can see the employee being upset and uncomfortable with her behavior. I can understand that the new employee is trying to learn how to make the food and blizzards work hard to get it right and help customers feel good about there experience with the company and just yesterday I went in and asked them for a backyard bacon ranch burger it took fifteen minutes to get my food. I can tell the employees were not happy and they were trying their best to get the food out and later on I found out one of the new employees was fired after working for a couple weeks in the store.    Read moreThe one star is only for the last few stops I've had there. I have lived across the street at Greenway/Cantala Apartments for over 10 years. Your restaurant has always been good in my eyes. Five stars all the way. The food has been good and the service has been equally good. Until now. A few days ago, I couldn't get waited on. A lady who was sitting down in the chairs by the counter received her order and said to the worker that I (me) had been waiting for some time. It wasn't that busy. The worker said she was doing an order. I finally got my order from another worker.
A few days later, August 29th to be exact between 8 PM and 830PM, I went in to order a shake. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged me. That same worker was there again. It was as if I was invisible. I believe she was the counter person. All she had to say was, "I'll be with you in a minute." I got nothing. I walked out. I know this restaurant, especially at night, is busy at the drive-thru. And, I know it gets busy in the lobby. But, if I go in there again and this same worker is there, I will walk out again.
