An older woman at preety threading thinned out my eyebrows so I searched Google for a new salon. Came across millas, wasn't close but had good reviews. When I arrived two women were on the phone and computer, they said nothing to me. A gentlemen walked up to get me and see why I was there, I was the only client in the salon. They told me to sit on a chair. No mention of wait time our who would be assisting me next. A few minutes go by and I am left sitting aimlessly waiting while three or four employees stand around eating sandwiches. A few more minutes go by and the same gentleman that greeted me apologizes and says, I'm sorry there's a birthday. I appreciated the apology as I felt my business was an annoyance to the employees present. A few more minutes and who I believe is milla approaches me and says, I guess I have to do your eyebrows. To which I replied, I'm sorry. She said no and apologized try to take it back. She explained someone else was supposed to complete my brows but they were busy. She begins threading my brows and takes a phone call to where she had to stop the service to complete the conversation. She apologizes for stopping the service as even she had to recognize was rude. She ends the phone call returns to the eyebrows and starts scolding me for tweezing. She says, why you tweeze in between appointments you trying to make my job harder?! I was made to feel like an annoyance to her. Told her my previous bad experience and explained I've been trying to grow them out and that i was a new customer. She changed her tune after that and then started to upsell me on an eyelash perm. I've had my eyebrows threaded for about six months now and this was the first visit that I was cut with the thread. Probably what largely prompted me to write this review. The cherry on top was that when I was paying to leave, I overhead milla on the phone with another unfortunate customer that had received thread cuts from her visit. It was a hard conversation to hear, the woman on the phone sounded desperate for a solution. Milla just kept telling her to calm down, if the issues escalates she'll have am answer but now she's fine. I will never be returning to this salon for obvious reasons. I write this in the hope that this salon recognizes customers and the service provided is what will lead to a successful long business. Recognize the need to make your customers a priority and...

I went in after finding them through a search, I was looking for a place that does eyelash perm/tint at a good price. I saw online they had specials of any 2-3 services and you'll get your eyebrows threaded for free. I asked about it when I went in and they had no idea what I was talking about but they said that's only with hair service (apparently spending $50 on eyelashes wasn't enough to do my brows for free). So got my eyelashes perm, tinted, and my eyebrows threaded. What normally takes 1 1/2 hours to do on eyelashes they did in 40 mins, my eyebrows took her literally 2 mins! 😂😱 once they were done it looked like I payed $58 for nothing! lol I'm attaching a picture. The picture they post don't look anything like what I got. I asked about why my eyelashes weren't curly and she said "well some of your eyelashes are short but if you keep getting them done it'll last longer" ummm in order for it to "last longer" it would have needed to be curly in the first place. I just payed and got out of there as quickly as I could. Ohh and since I took my daughter with me they gave her a chair to sit on but took it away to use... not a big deal I get it but they did that when there was another chair around the corner from them... rude much!? And as you're singing the receipt the worker is watching how much you tip so she can add it on to your final receipt, very uncomfortable, I felt obligated to tip 😑 I won't be wasting anymore...

Very disappointed!!! i visited based on the review with reasonable price since I just came to AZ for visiting. I came & asked for shampoo and blowout for hair and asked if she have any treatments for hairs. Milla said yes and told the price was $55 and I asked if it already included everything, she said yes (both me & my boyfriend heard that) but styling would be more so I would thought if it without curling or straightening hair. Then end up she charged $90 for that whole thing l askes you said it would be $55 earlier, and she considered blowdry is styling why wouldn't she tells in the beginning is that included or confirmed with me before doing it. Then she stated it took her 20min to blowdry the hair and said my hairs is really hard to do??? I asked how long was the treatment leave on she said 20min but it was just took around 15min then 10min for the blowdry but end up $90 for the services. Is not about the price I paid but the way she trynna mixed it to make me misunderstood and trynna upcharged me. Also I don't really enjoy the hair wash that much when she just do only 1 time of hair wash and put the treatment on and I even asked to trynna wash harder she said to calm down she needs to do step by step but ended up feel nothing. Would not recommend!!!

Update: my hair is even more dry after the protein “treatmen” she gave so i have to come to another salon...
