I came in again after the bow on my size 9 shoe fell off. I was simply thinking it was a heat problem with the glue. So i went back and Exchanged them, got a new pair tried them on the next day right before i went into work and the bow fell off again. I came in Wednesday around 6pm and the two ladies decided to tell me I couldnt exchange them. After PLEADING MY CASE , ( 1 cashier ) say no we cant exchange them. (2nd cashier gets involved and finally says okay well exchange them but with a attitude. I walked over to get a new pair, and even before I got to the register the bow on the size 8 1/2 shoe falls off . Even after seeing the shoes where defective. They wanted to do what they do best and get frustrated and give me wven more attitude. But Why? I simply explained that I work in a professional feild and my shows cant be falling apart . It clearly wasn't my fault the bows where falling off these shoes . Inhavent shopped in rainbow for years . The shoes are obvious defective. WHAT HAPPEN TOO the customer is right. And in this case I was . I even settled to take blk and White pair instead of getting my money back.

.i will definitely be updating this review after i speak to corporate so no one else falls victim of poorly designed shoes. People work hard for there money . So when we choose a place to spend it . The employees should be thankful. Because its our money that keeps you...

I come here often like often. I live right next door in new build homes. The women who work here are soo nice always when I come but recently when I came there was another worker and she was black and I didn’t catch her name. Anyways she was extremely rude. And when she was checking me out she had attitude and liked she was rushing. Once I put my card in she’s all press this and that and honestly I don’t think she had a name tag on. I also heard her tell another woman looking at the perfume mam you don’t need to touch the perfume boxes all the perfumes right there on display is what we have. So we can’t touch products now? Every time I walk in this store I have been able to find something especially in the summertime. Reasonably prices yes!!! The only thing I don't like is that they do not allowing u to try on clothes. It makes it difficult for customers who travel far. This has forced me to shop on line now. But other than that a great store and a great place to bargain shop and look good for a reasonable price. I also love their accessories. One thing they need to work is SPACE!!! There is not enough room space to move around. Rainbow y'all really need to work that out. Two things will make your customers happy. 1 Space 2....
