Be careful as when you go in to this pawnshop as a regular or a brand new person you do not get treated like a nobody made feel little, and underminded, disrespected all by the short bald manager as I was trying to pawn 4 things I go in here quite often, and there was just something different about this day but this day will be my last day coming here the manager underminded his employee, the way that he was talking to me, it messed up the whole pawn because he was way out of pocket the way he was talking to us, thought I was trying to sell everything that was priced over $100 on each item of four items brand new i was only looking for a 110$ he said don’t take two of these items after the employee has been making the pawn list for 20 minutes and then the cashier started to take those items off the pawn and then I was only offered $45 for two items that were easily $100 and $150 when the cashier said the item that the manager did not want to take he would buy personally for $50 and told the manager that and the manager said he didn’t care and walked away and then the employee looked me in the eyes and said to me we should go to a different pawnshop i was so blown away it was one of the craziest things crazy I had to deal with in a very long time. I had brought my friend with me. What an embarrassment I will not refer you to anybody or anyone there should be no reason any customers get treated that way or even that poor employee, I can only imagine what it was like to work with him all day as a customer I was able to leave the establishment I can only imagine how it felt for employees to work with him all day employee really asked me to go to a different pawnshop due to how the manager was treating me and the manager never apologize when he realized he was wrong. I've been in a number of pawn shops in the past, some good, some not so good. This one, unfortunately is not good. In fact, probably one of the worst shops I've seen. After entering the building, the first thing I noticed was white walls. White walls as in no merchandise displayed for sale. With the exception of a few TVs, and approximately 10 power tools displayed on the opposite wall, there's not too much to look at. I had brought 5 items in to sell, the associate and I had agreed on a price for 3 items (the other 2 items he said was not interested in), as he was preparing the paperwork for the 3 items, I had stepped away from the counter to look around at what else they had. When I came back to the counter, he had wrapped all 5 pieces together and began to remove them from the counter. I spoke up and told him we had agreed on 3 pieces, not 5. He told me that he threw those 2 pieces in to "sweeten" the deal, but never increased the price. He said he wouldn't change the price, that he just threw them in on the deal. I have to say that I live very close to fountain Hills and I travel all the way from fountain Hills out there because I feel that Ashley is the most reasonable fair with negotiating when you’re parting your items it’s hard enough to have to park with your stuff but when somebody will go above and beyond to help you get what you feel is valuable for your things She will go to the fullest measure to make sure the customers satisfied and only satisfied, but walking away with a mindful experience!!! I hope that the owners of this organization understand the value that she brings to this company, and all of the employees that I’ve ever had interactions with at this location have been above par.
