EN Boba & Tea — Restaurant in Glendale

First time here, chose drive thru because the atmosphere was a little too much for the day. Not a bad thing, lots of lights and looked very fun and festive but I'm not young. The drive thru has a very short line for the parking lot. Very hard to start a line when if there are more than two people in line you are now in the way of about three other directions. The drive thru orders took a very long time. Not sure about their staffing but I believe I was waiting in line total for about 20 minutes before I got my order. They seemed to make all drive thru orders at once and then hand them out when theybare all ready? Doesnt seem very efficient but it seemed like one person was working the drive thru. The store itself didnt seem very busy so im not sure why the wait. Price was about what you would expect. The person taking my order didn't know if there was dairy in what I got, the store has no phone number or allergy information that Is at least easy to access. I would come back here again if I was around but its not close to my usual drive and they were open late...

No boba in boba milk tea when ordering delivery and the order is not refundable and cannot be replaced w what was originally ordered. The funny thing is there are labels on the drinks literally printed w Boba Milk Tea..but without a single boba? Seriously? And it was rly pricey in terms of the quality of the drink. Ordered 2 boba milk teas (w/o boba), it's $28 ($8 delivery fee). Ordered "Jumbo" size, but it is actually just "Large" in other drink shops.

UPDATE: Got refund eventually. After going through all the reviews, I realized: The boba milk tea doesn't come w boba, it's add-ons. The prices keep changing for one drink, today is 10 it can be 16 tomorrow. The drinks are pricey but the quality can't keep up. Taste weird like it was watered down with tap water. They don't wear gloves/masks while making your drinks, and the place is dirty. The employees are not well-trained and they are not paid appropriately. They are asked to volunteer sometimes (aka work without getting paid). The place is deceitful. Even the phone number is...

Company should be ashamed to even exist. They only take orders online. They do not have a phone number or website. They employ low quality talent that makes drinks wrong. Does not fill drinks the the brim or even half way, send them out for delivery in poor packaging and on top of all that makes them with wrong ingredients. I had milk tea spilled and sloshing around in my plastic bag that I received from them. The drinks were half filled and my Taro boba was make with the incorrect boba and with the incorrect sweetness.

Only to boot that you cant contact these people to tell them how horrible your experience was as they would rather hide behind the anonymity of a delivery app then own up to it as a business owner. They dont invest into a website as there is none. As well as no phone number to even call, yet they have a physical location.

This company needs to re evaluate their food and service as I can not recommend this shop when there are so many other great boba shops around.

Turn away from this business and give it to another who...
