For now all I can say is as soon as you walk in the young lady at the cash register you ready to order.
Efficiency is wonderful. Keep in mind sometimes it might be the customer's first time visiting your location. As was the case for me today.
She's locates a To-Go menu, hands it to me. Not even a minute after asks me if I'm ready to order yet? Unfortunately I was not. I was very much feeling rushed, yet I was the only customer there at the moment. Me not have been her intent, certainly was my perception though. She actually started to annoy me. Personally, once I would be ready to order, I would simply approach the counter, look at her, and remarkably just announce okay I'm ready now.
I get that she's young, and most likely just wanted to be making sure she attended to her customer. Give them a few minutes to look over the menu, I can assure you everything will be fine.
Her and a co-worker, another young lady, we're talking about life, events going on in their lives I take it. That did not bother me in the least. I was fine with her taking some time to chat with her co-worker.
It's for the quality of the food I cannot really state yet. I haven't received my food just yet, but I am looking forward to it.
I was surprised that the pasta that is offered only comes in one size, which is about $10 to $14 roughly. So it just looks like a nice selection of I believe three types of pasta, you could have shrimp or possibly other proteins put in. Give your choice of alfredo, marinara, and I believe one other sauce. These are considered entrees and include salad, bread.
Restaurant is very clean, no bathroom for public use. That goes for customers or just someone walking in. Keep in mind this is due to covid. They're also is only carry out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst off this is my second visit here with my family. The atmosphere is a little rough looking. They have random stuff here and there. Like storage against the wall. The booths are old and dirty looking. One has some red tape on it but, it is nice and cool. We didnāt sweat at all and thatās a plus for me. Pizza was looking very delicious when it came out. The only problem with the pizza is that it was extremely thin. The cheese and pepperoni slid right off and it was messy. Pizza needs to have more of a firm crust for it to be enjoyable. The crust was so thin. I could almost see the light from outside shining through it. The crust needs to be a little thicker because when you eat a pizza you need to be able to hold it and take bites not have it just droop down and everything slide right off it.. other then that is had a really good taste and it was hot. Wings were perfect.. we enjoyed our visit but, plz fyi go a little thicker on the pizza. The crust is real thick, maybe stretch that thick crust toward the middle for an even more sturdier crust. And we didnāt order thin crust pizza so thatās not the reason why it was thin. Even if we did order thin crust, it shouldāve been crispy almost like a cracker, but it wasnāt. We will definitely be back and we hope that the pizza is made a little more to perfection next time but other than that the service was great. It was nice and cool in here and they do need to clean it up just a little bit, tidy it up a little bit...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām leaving 3 stars because the pizza is delicious. Truly - I ordered a specialty pizza and it was miles above what I normally receive from generic chain restaurants. I love eating local and thatās what drew me here.
That being said - I ate the pizza against my better judgement. I chose to believe that the pizza was forged in fire strong enough to combat the obvious lapses in food safety etiquette I witnessed. The three men in the back all worked without gloves while handling product/packaging, one even touched his face before reaching for something - but in my āI just built a million pieces of IKEA furniture, Iām not cookingā crazed fit of hunger (and out of a desire to avoid becoming āPizza Karenā if I ask to cancel an already prepared order) I chose to believe that they wear gloves when they touch the toppings and dough at least.
Iām not even going to touch on the bags of trash that I saw littering the area around the bathroom. I donāt even know what thatās about.
Iāve worked in food service my fair share so Iām more sensitive than the average bear when I spot something amiss - but I absolutely draw the line at touching your face and then continuing on like itās business as usual. My pizza was delicious - but my conscience is as riddled with contamination as human fingernails. This will, unfortunately,...
