My husband and I recently moved down here and looking for a good shop to go too. We’ve been to about 2-3 others and wasn’t pleased with the service or the vapes sold to us. When I remember that this place was like a minute a way and we’ve been there before and enjoyed going there each time. And now I’ve gone there twice under the new management. The employees there are AWESOME!! The first time I was helped by Tito. He was super knowledgeable and let me know about their drawing for the Errl Cup this year which just happens to fall on my anniversary to my husband. It was such a great experience that I took my husband and was helped by Dante (I don’t think that’s how it’s spelled, sorry!) and Alex. A little because of the draw and the service, we ended up buying a ‘baby yoda’ silicone water pipe and a chillum for each of us. I also got a 20ft hemp rope for us as well. It seems like the higher ups don’t know what their doing… or what they want pushing out good people… the reason I come to this shop is because they remember me they know me and there is now only 2 people that know me that talk to me that actually cares about their customers and it seems like they are slowly being pushed out… one thing I know is with this turnover rate, if the last 2 go then so will I and it won’t be just me… I’m taking more with me. I purchased a vape from this shop. On the first day of owning my new vape it malfunctioned (smoke from inside the mod leaving a burning electrical smell). I returned the next day with the receipt and original packaging and I was informed that Vape 88 does not do exchanges or returns and that I must use the manufacturer’s warranty. There are no signs posted and the receipt does not inform customers of this policy. Vape 88 seems more interested in making quick sales than building lasting relationships with their customers.
