McDonalds run. I may do this twice a year at the extreme! The double quarter pounder was delicious. I was surprised at how good it was. Couldn't stopI eating it to intake a fry.
The drive-thru service was horrendous. The attendant was not clear when informing me to move up to the first (of three) speakers/units. He seemed annoyed--no one else in line nor at the windows--clear visibility driving up that I was the only drive-thru customer.
I ordered my burger--"no catsup, mustard, mayonnaise, or special sauce." Exactly like I've done everywhere, all my life. In those exact words. He didn't understand the concept of 'dry' and seemed combative that mustard, special sauce, nor mayo were on the sandwhich.
Order completed, I pulled to the window. He was enjoying himself in chatter and laughter with a coworker. Though he took my order, it seemed I did not have his attention or concern. After paying, I requested lettuce and tomatoes added. He informed me that my order was completed and ready at the next window. I thought to cancel/refund. Hunger ruled!
I thought the proper sales behavior was to direct the crew to add the items or wrap them separately so that I could add them. Needless to say, this was my first and only time ordering food here. More importantly, I will never again.
Management should review my transaction, if available, and provide the gentleman professional feedback and improved customer service behavior.

Read moreDuring my recent visit the employee failed to administer all the techniques in the installation of the nails; did not complete the full set, it's filling and the appropriate trimming. Further, the employee cut the bottom of my toe which drew blood, and failed to administer any anticeptic or bandage. On 5/25/21, I revisted the salon (4 days later) and spoke with the manager, Jenny about the situation. She immediately became hostile and started talking to itself employee (Tony). During this time she also began coversating with other employees in their Vietnamese language. By the looks I was given, it was obvious that she made some deragatory comments about me, and my visit to her about the situation. She also spoke to a client in a low tone that caused the person to look up at me. I am really upset that manager of this establishment saw fit to air my complaint to all without handling any type of positive correction to the situation other than insisting that I return to his station (Tony) so that he can "make all correction.' Read moreI had to stay at the hotel there cause I couldn't stay home for the last 15 days cause my roommate had gotten sick with the covid. I enjoyed the hotel but the food really wasn't all that appetizing and the mattress was too hard to sleep on. Otherwise it wasn't too bad. I enjoyed the independence and doing things by myself. I don't always have to have others do for me. I can do some things by myself. Like cook bathe wash dishes make bed vacuum clean bathroom and more. I was taught these thins when l was a child. My mother was very adamant about cleaning the 3 story house I grew up in in Phila. I was her only daughter and I have 2 brothers who are younger than me and they had work to do too. Like cut grass wash windows clean their room put shoes where they belong get homework done for the following week. All 3 of us had a lot of work to do in that house. Well done.
