Update: 6/21/2020 I texted the owner, Rafael May 4th as my TV went dead. He texted me and said he would fix it as he has a 1 year warranty when the covid-19 restrictions are uplifted. The restrictions have been now uplifted and Rafael has not texted me back. I therefore now have a tv with a cracked screen that doesn’t work at all. Please stay away from this guy! Don’t let him touch any of your electronics! I wish I would have just bought a new TV. I have now flushed $200 due to this guy!
My experience was horrible!! Please do not give this guy your money! He picked my tv up on Sunday. He stated it would be ready the next day, Monday. I told him I will be at work all day Monday and if he can drop it off Tuesday before I go in at 10:30 or after 8:30 pm and he agreed and said he will call me before he comes. He then said it was not ready. I didn’t get my tv back until Thursday evening that week. The tv was repaired and I was satisfied although it took longer than expected. The following day I noticed lines on my tv and a cracked edge. He has been ignoring my texts. He said he would get back to me and never got back to me. I texted him about 3 times on different days and he said to text him a picture of the tv serial number and I did, he never responded. I handed him my tv without a single scratch. Read moreNever Use This Company August 27th The Technician came and looked at my TV after several hours waiting for the technician to show up from the appointment time he give to me. The Tech said I need a new Motherboard since mine was defected he went out to his car to order a new one and charged my credit card $295.00, and I discovered that he took my TV motherboard with him when he left. I was told the part should come max five days, after one week waiting I called the Tech and he said the part just came in yesterday and he should be in the next day between 2:00 and 3:00 PM. Next day after several calls he showed up at 7:00 PM and never brought with him my original mother board and the receipt for the new one like I asked. After installation and the Tech left I discovered that he installed a used Motherboard into my TV that is belong to someone else I discovered that when I tried to login my Amazon Prime and I found that I am already logged in under a lady name I do not want to write the name for privacy reasons. I wonder if I have to make a police report and charge them...
Read moreSo I call this place to have them come look at my tv. Man tells me he will be at my place between 1 and 3. It gets to 4 and I call him to ask where he is, he tells me he's on his way (not a good start). When he gets to my place he takes the back off my flat screen. He tools around a bit with some of the components then gets to a point and abruptly says it will be $250 to repair. I told him I already got another quote at $220 to repair. He appears to be confused and asks "so what do you want to do?" I tell him I just want to keep shopping around, thanks. He then says it will be $40 for him to just come look at it. I tell him he never said anything over the phone about a diagnostic or travel charge and that he was already an hour late showing up. He again looks confused and says I cannot do business with you.
