I came here to get my hair cut and dyed for my birthday. I was serviced by Brandy, a very sweet girl. She was inviting and checked on me often. She told me the appointment would take about 2 1/2 hours, but instead, it took about 4 because she squeezed in another head during my appointment. I felt like she cut a lot more than I wished and I overall didn't really like the result because it didn't resemble the picture I showed her. But, since the appointment took so long I didn't have the opportunity to get her to make it better for me because I was late for another appointment. She was really kind and I know for a fact she would have fixed anything I asked to leave me feeling satisfied but the time management just left me a bit inconvenienced. Not sure what's going on with this place. I drive 20 minutes here and it's closed. It's 4:30 and online hours say open til 6:30. There's no sign stating they will be closing early and no posted hours on the building. Don't bother calling because no one answers.
