Old Navy Outlet — Local services in Gloucester Township

I have had nothing but good experiences so far at this Old Navy! I have done three pickup orders this week and two of them were done and ready within 20-30 min of me placing the order! The third one was a spur of the moment order and I did order it late in the day. It tells you that if you order before 2pm you will get your order the same day but I ordered after 2pm and still got it the same say! I went to pickup my second order and my third wasn’t ready so I grabbed the two items and brought them to the register and they just put the order together and counted it as my pickup since I already paid and so I didn’t have to make another trip and come back another day! The great thing was, one of the sales girls was literally in the process of getting it ready! A+ on the sales associates! I asked a few different girls for some help as well and they were both helpful too! Line went fast and she even did a return for me as well in the midst of everything else I was throwing at her! Clothes are comfy and love their sales! I got a couple different shirts in a few versions of their luxe type shirts! love how they look and feel! I would say size down though because like a lot of Old Navy’s clothes, they run big and will naturally loosen as all clothes do! esp their jeans! I will be...

The store shelves were way over loaded, it was difficult to sort through it all and see what they had. It’s a good thing we didn’t need help because the staff were busy standing around and talking with each other.

We went in there for shorts and polo shirts for my husband but they didn’t have either. We did find some clothes for my granddaughter which I thought were a bit pricey, the t-shirts were the only thing I thought were a good deal.

HORRIBLE customer service. Time on website says open till 7pm. Got to store 458pm. Was turned away by an ignorant sales person saying registers already turned off for inventory and they are closed. I tried to explain that we were there to only return pants that are marked the wrong size. She didn't even let me finish and dismissed us.
