We called for a replacement screen door for 2 sliders. Someone came out, measured etc. and said the would get back to us. After a month and a half, we called again only to be told they needed to come back out to measure again. They never showed up so we called back just to make sure they had not forgotten about us. Not only did he take the time to explain how to patch a hole in my wall, he also took the time to pick out the materials so that I didn't spend a fortune. He gave me tips on what to do and how to avoid cracking the dry wall. He even was going to let me borrow a tool to finish the job because I lived close enough to return it.
