I’m so very disappointed, but equally angry at the owner. Beyond obnoxious, misogynistic, untrustworthy, untruthful. After making me 4! rings in the past, that all included sapphires I had him set a 3 ct diamond w/sapphire baguettes. What a nightmare! Got the runaround for over 6 weeks. Finally got the ring & the sapphires were awful, way too dark, so I had him remake it. This time it was over 8 weeks w/every excuse under the sun. The sapphires keep being cut, forever, excuse, excuse, etc. Was all set to contact a lawyer when, surprise, the ring was ready the next day. Yesterday I picked it up & he didn’t get me better sapphires. They’re still too dark ( less valuable) & I’m not sure he even changed them out. His response to me hiring a lawyer was, “ Bring it on. Bring the whole squad”. Just awful & need I forget to mention he invited me for a drink in the past. Just yuk. Avoid him...

Absolute dumpster fire of a store with an extremely rude owner. Dropped off something for engraving and had to keep calling and checking in. Says they close at 5 and I came in at 4 to pick it up and the girl who does their social media (I hope you're reading this because Google says you're open until 5) gave me the valley girl "ummm we're closed." I responded I was there to pick up an item and I just spoke with the owner and she says "I don't know where anything is." You couldn't call the owner? Still don't have my item back so I guess I'll have to continue driving downtown and fighting the seasonal tourist traffic to find a time that fits within their incorrectly displayed hours (that are also posted on the front door). One last thing is it says NO MASK NO ENTRY. YEAH, GOOD...

Took a week to give me a tracking number. I bought in 13th of june said I had to wait il 8th if July. After 3 weeks and no movement on the tracking number asked to cancel order and be refunded Lucy refused. I dont know if Lucy is the owner or an employee but she should learn respect, customer service, and better shipping time. Lucy is very condescending, rude, and mean. I will never do business with these people. And if you ever need customers service, these people will laugh at you, give you the run around, and waste your time. Had to dispute charges to get a refund. Most jewelry places take 3 days to ship your product they couldn't do...
