Furniture Fair — Local services in Goldsboro

Went in during a big sale to purchase a small, loveseat, chair and ottoman we saw. We had followed the price of the set for quite some time and when we learned that the set was being discontinued, we just knew that with the sale, we would get a great deal. The set was actually priced higher!!! And when we attempted to bring this to the manager'said attention, he started talking "at" us like we didn't know what we were talking about. He even called my husband and "boy".....Never Again will we spend our money here...and we were loyal customers for years prior to this Not anymore...go to Jernigan's Furniture down the road. Well i went into store today trying to buy some furniture and i had several questions about the furniture i was interested in the lady helping me April was new and didn't know many of my questions she is still learning so i asked her could she research and call me back . She did ask the manager a question while i was in there and the manager was really rude and very short and seemed like she didnt want to help me or be bothered . Very unprofessional ! I am not sure why i was treated this way . I have done business with furniture fair for over 20 years .. I will see what tomorrow brings to see if I recieve a phone call with the information that should have been researched to make this a sale! Update no one every called me back to help me . I also had a family member buy from there recently and there item was delivered tore!! They don't seem to want to fix this...

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went in and talked to the blonde lady and asked about financing options, delivery options, and pricing, and she told me the bed I wanted was available in store. I told her I was leaving to get pay stubs for the financing and a truck to pick the stuff up. When I called the store to let her know I was on the way back with the truck, I was informed that she had to order everything. And that she never discussed delivery or pick up options with me. Now, I was not kind on the phone, but this was the absolute most disrespectful woman. She obviously didn’t take me seriously when I told her I was buying, so she was just telling me what I wanted to hear to get me out of there. I will never return. I should have known this would be a bad experience when she couldn’t even make...
