We typically love to support latinos, but this was the worst experience. Owner super rude, bought a dress even paid extra to have it altered, it came back dirty and we asked to order another one, another one was ordered with ifs and buts from the owner himself. The color was supposed to be emerald green, the one he ordered was hunter green. When this was told to him, He said all greens are the same “will you be using a loop on all your guests to see what green they are wearing” this was a dress for a MOB!! My guests arent even wearing emerald green! Just my mom! He did not want to refund the money for the dress, after my mom said she had found another one he said “yeah its probably from ross thats why” what type of owner says that to a client. Los dueños de este negocio son personas BIEN GROSEROS. Trataron a una amiga mía remal… ósea FATAL!!! El señor la llamo gorda en frente de TODOS que estaban allí. Además la siguió afuera y estuvo discutiendo con ella. Realmente que “dueño” se va comportar así con sus clientes.. además compartieron la experiencia de ella en Facebook solamente para tener sus “clientes” atacarla y decirle que “pobrecita le dijeron gorda” … SIN PALABRAS.
